This is a typical Click and Bait dealership. Repeat Customer oriented business goal is Non-Existent here. One-Time deal seems the Standard Practice especially with Finance Department courtesy of Leo. Don’t let your guard down up to the last minute as you will get ripped off as soon they can find an opening. Offered a $12/Mo Extended Warranty but printed a $2100 or $29/Mo for 72 Mos instead on the contract! Will say something but will write a different thing. We bought a brand new 2021 Crosstrek but like paying for a 2021 Outback at the end of the contract. Not even a $4500 DP and 750 and 850 credit scores matters to this dealership. Very Poor Experience! More
