Easiest car buying experience since my first new car in 1997 Looked into buying a 2018 Outback on Monday, negotiated prices by Thursday, Drove the car home Friday. No hidden fees or upsell on accessories - John just sold me what I wanted which is such a refreshing change from the other dealers. John happily matched another broker's quote and while I may have been able to save a few hundred by spending another week shopping around, John's honesty and upfront personality made it that much easier to just give him the business. Willie on John's team was also very very genuine and nice - great attention to detail. I would definitely buy another car from John's team. More

After contacting the Internet Manager by email, they said they would match the CostCo Auto Program price. When we arrived, our sales rep, Jerry Xiong, had two cars ready for us to drive. He was very informative and patient, especially with the iPhone connectivity and driving with the EyeSight system. The negotiations were quick and they met the desired price. We are very happy with this transaction and the Sierra team. More
