Felipe was extremely pushy and argued when I turned down service. My car was bought brand new and only had 15k miles on it and he was saying my brake fluid was in the red when he didn't even see it. He didn't let me sign anything or see a summary if what they were doing to my car either UNTIL he made me pay. When I asked for a summary paper at the end, with the pictures he argued against it and when he eventually was getting it for me, was MAKING IT UP on his computer, I saw him. He made up how my brake fluid was in the red at 15k miles...not possible. I filed a corporate complaint and will not be returning here. He was completely unprofessional. I expect to hear from a manager. More
