There is no pressure to buy, staff is very knowledgeable, and price is fair. Willing to do what it takes to make customers happy. It was worth the three hour drive due to attention to customer satisfaction. No doc fees etc. Highly recommend them! More

I always wait a period of time to respond, especially if my only comments are less than complimentary. However, we should have walked out of the dealership based on the first impressions when we arrived at the dealership. First, we had to wait over 30 minutes to talk to someone and see the car. Really? There were numerous staff standing around talking to each other or looking out the windows. The person who met with us was nice but couldn't tell us anything about the vehicle. Red flag #2. Understand that you don't sell Jags, but salesmen should have "cheat sheets" or something. When we arrived the windshield was cracked and we were told that it "just happened" and there was no time to replace. Really? We were told the car had been serviced, but I question that. The wipers were shot with rubber hanging, the tail light had a hole in it, and the car interior was dirty with candy pieces and marks on the roof? We were passed off to someone in the finance dept. who apparently makes a % out of every financing deal he does, because he acted like he was "pissed off" because we already had financing. If this is his normal mode, you may want to suggest some customer service training. There were numerous Red Flags along the way and we should have torn up the papers then. On the way home the first of many "check your engine" lights came on, most of which should have been caught by your service department. We traveled a long way to buy a car which was in considerable worst shape than a 2007 Sebring I have with 170,000 miles on it. At this point, it looks like you washed the motor and the exterior and called it good. The anti-freeze temperature tested above 0. Really? I've purchased, sold, and traded-in over 20 cars, so I know something about how the process should work. Almost seems like the little old lady on the Andy Griffith show. At this time I can't recommend any Sid Dillon dealership to anyone seeking to purchase a new or used car. This purchase and the subsequent experience were very disappointing. We replaced the windshield, wipers, thermostat, tail light lens and numerous other items since the purchase less than 1 year ago. Sid Dillon also misrepresented the cost of the windshield replacement. The Jag is beautiful and is now perfect., but we have a bad taste in our mouth about the entire experience. Their parting comment was "we don't handle Jags." Apparently, and I wish they would not have handled this one. I would not recommend doing business with Sid Dillon at any location based on our experience. More
With people being as eager as they are to take to the Internet with any negative experience, I wanted to make sure I took the time to recognize a job well done. Exciting as it may be to shop for a new car, the actual buying process usually ranks somewhere below taking a bath in a tub full of scissors. However, we found our buying experience at Sid Dillon to be refreshing. Our salesperson Matt Baxa took the time to answer all of our questions and never once did it feel as though we were being pressured into a sale. Both he and Chris Sintek were more than fair in the negotiation process and we received a deal we were very happy with. Mike Sintek made all the associated paperwork clear and understandable and was even able to secure a better financing deal than we had in hand from our bank. Even though we arrived at the end of the day with 3 small kids in tow, and the whole process extended past closing time, never once did anyone become impatient with us or with the interruptions created by bringing our kids along. And we couldn't be happier with our new vehicle. We completed all the paperwork that night and they had it ready for us the next day exactly when they said they would. Matt even took the time to go through the vehicle one last time and walked us through setting up OnStar, connecting a phone via Bluetooth, and other things so that we could start enjoying our purchase right away. We will definitely be going back and I would recommend without hesitation that anyone in the market for a vehicle make this their first stop. More
