2022 Dodge Ram, hands down the worst vehicle ever driven. We get provided a free vehicle and gas paid for and still nothing but complaints about the Rams we leased. Out of 6, one was spraying gas on the engi We get provided a free vehicle and gas paid for and still nothing but complaints about the Rams we leased. Out of 6, one was spraying gas on the engine (from the factory), another got a blown head after 3k miles. Occasionally it puts itself in park and sets the ebrake, this is annoying at a stop light when you can't get the truck to go on green. If it ever happens on a railroad track I'm just going to walk away from it. The shop is so backed up it's a 2-4 week wait on an appointment. Imagine you called to tell them your brand new car is blowing gas and they give you an appointment a month out. More

My battery was dead on two occasions and my warranty expired about 6 weeks prior. The Service Mgr. told me he would work with me and said he would get Ram to comp the diagnosis and possibly the repair. expired about 6 weeks prior. The Service Mgr. told me he would work with me and said he would get Ram to comp the diagnosis and possibly the repair. When the vehicle was ready to be picked up, he told me it was going to cost north of $350 for a new battery and he would cover the diagnosis. I felt this was excessive so I was not going to have them put a new battery in. When I told him this he said he would have to charge me north of $150 for diagnosis then. I got rather angry as it was obvious I was being taken advantage of. He then lowered the price to around $260 with battery and offered me a free service (oil change and tire rotation) to help cover things. I believe if I hadn't spoken up, I would have gotten hosed. More
