My battery was dead on two occasions and my warranty expired about 6 weeks prior. The Service Mgr. told me he would work with me and said he would get Ram to comp the diagnosis and possibly the repair. expired about 6 weeks prior. The Service Mgr. told me he would work with me and said he would get Ram to comp the diagnosis and possibly the repair. When the vehicle was ready to be picked up, he told me it was going to cost north of $350 for a new battery and he would cover the diagnosis. I felt this was excessive so I was not going to have them put a new battery in. When I told him this he said he would have to charge me north of $150 for diagnosis then. I got rather angry as it was obvious I was being taken advantage of. He then lowered the price to around $260 with battery and offered me a free service (oil change and tire rotation) to help cover things. I believe if I hadn't spoken up, I would have gotten hosed. Visited for an oil change for the first time since Sid Dillion took over from Baxter, everything was fine except a couple problems, first oil dripped on my garage floor for 2 days after the oil change, ne Dillion took over from Baxter, everything was fine except a couple problems, first oil dripped on my garage floor for 2 days after the oil change, never had this problem with Baxter. Second, not sure the power steering fluid was checked as it is right at or just below minimum level. More
