Chris, the service manager assigned to my warranty, really worked hard to get this completed. There were issues with the warranty company as they did not want to put the full labor costs and Chris real really worked hard to get this completed. There were issues with the warranty company as they did not want to put the full labor costs and Chris really advocated for me and even did the work knowing the situation with the warranty company wasn’t 100% resolved so I could get my vehicle back. I really appreciate his hard work and dedication to getting my Jeep repaired and back on the road and getting the warranty company to pay for the repairs. More
