I was out of town on the Fourth of July when mycar wouldn't shift out of park. Had my Sebring towed to Performance Chrysler of Lincoln on a Sunday morning. Pete took ownership of my problem and resolved it in a professional mannor. Rotor replacement problems from about 6 months ago started to surface again and with one attempt to resurface the new rotors, at professional mannor. I just purchased a 2002 Dodge Durango and went in to get the remote activated and Pete came to let me know that there was 3 things that had been recalled on my vehicle that needed to be switched out. I have been very impressed with the level of service that the parts department at this dealership has provided me with over the past few years. There were a couple items the dealership informed me I needed to have done on my vehicle. These were under warranty and therefore didn't require any payment. He was very friendly, courteous, and gave me a time frame that it would take to get the vehicle completed. His estimate was right on target. After the vehicle was completed he went over the ticket, explaining everything that was done and asked me if I had any questions about any of the work that was done.
