It was good communication tell I said I’d take it. Then communication was very delayed sometimes days without responding. I had to make respond again to hopefully hear back. After down payment then they couldn’t fulfill what we agreed on. Now comes the day I pick it up. Most of the marks on this new vehicle I pointed out were still on there and salesman tried to clean some of them up as I pointed out. Once I took it home to paint correct it from the horrible detailing and what not I find the headlight scratches from one of the marks I pointed out when picking it up. Asked if they could get me just the headlight I’d change it myself and they said no they couldn’t help. So it’s all good going tell they have the sale then it’s all down hill from there More

Chris, the service manager assigned to my warranty, really worked hard to get this completed. There were issues with the warranty company as they did not want to put the full labor costs and Chris real really worked hard to get this completed.
