I just purchased a 2002 Dodge Durango and went in to get the remote activated and Pete came to let me know that there was 3 things that had been recalled on my vehicle that needed to be switched out. I was very pleased with how they checked things out and let me know what i needed to get taken care of. They had my vehicle done and ready to go in a half hour as they said and ordered the parts i needed for the recalls. Great customer service!!! :) More
Mario was a rockstar and did the best to help meet my needs in a vehicle. My daughter was with me(7)and he made sure she was having a good experience as well, considering we were there almost 5 hrs. Had no problem getting her a soda and snack with his own money. Doug was the finance guy and could have done a little better job explaining everything in more detail. I know they get busy but I hadn't purchased a vehicle in 10 years. After I got home and read through everything I was so stressed out about what I had just done. Called the next day and talked with Ben in finance and he took the time and answered every one of my questions and made sure that I was feeling ok about my purchase and the decisions I had made. Ben you to are a rock star and I want you both to know how very much I appreciated you taking the time in a very busy delarship to make sure that my familys needs were met!! i will be referring you to friends in the future. I ordered my new vehicle from Bryce Collins with Performace Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Lincoln over the internet. I went there the next day and was treated as if I was a good friend, by people I had never met before. I called to see what my options were, after Amber sat and listened to my concerns (bless her little heart) I drove to Lincoln to Performance Jeep Dodge. My first option was Woodhouse, but after speaking with her she was going to be my first and only stop. Since I bought my New Jeep, Amber would call me and say I think its time for an oil change, and so it was 3,000 miles later.Further more, now that she's working in their Collision Center, she even has given me a touch up paint bottle. Overall, I've was extremely satisfied. I did not feel pressured at any point during the sales process. Performance Dodge worked hard for my business, got me the deal I wanted and even accommodated a cou pressured at any point during the sales process. I would've given Customer Service a "5" except that I felt the sales person should have been better informed. He was EXCELLENT to work with, mind you. But he was unaware that Chrysler had a "Limited" edition of the van we were seeking and very misinformed about the options. For example, he stated the optional 4.0 engine got worse gas mileage. Actually, it gets better gas mileage than the standard. He also informed us that the front seats were cooled (as well as heated); when, in fact, they are not. Even as I write this, I realize that it all sounds much worse than it is. He exceeded my expectations in the core aspects of sales in that he was friendly, did not pressure me, was helpful and respectful. He made the process easy. I'm just glad I didn't need to depend on his information during the sales process. More

I have been very impressed with the level of service that the parts department at this dealership has provided me with over the past few years. I have never had any issues with recieving the wrong items and the parts department at this dealership has provided me with over the past few years. I have never had any issues with recieving the wrong items and they have always been very cooperative when it comes to returning an item that I may have incorrectly ordered and did not need. Wether it is ordering parts over the phone, or communication via email, they are always more than happy to go out of their way and spend time to find information that will make my life easier. More
There were a couple items the dealership informed me I needed to have done on my vehicle. These were under warranty and therefore didn't require any payment. I showed up at the appointed time and Pete met me and looked up the information from the computer that was on record for my vehicle. He was very friendly, courteous, and gave me a time frame that it would take to get the vehicle completed. His estimate was right on target. After the vehicle was completed he went over the ticket, explaining everything that was done and asked me if I had any questions about any of the work that was done. Our goodbyes were made and he thanked me for doing business with him. I appreciated all that Pete did for me. More
I brought my 2007 Dodge Grand Caravan in for an oil change and an electrical issue. Although the van was hooked up to a computer to see what the problem was, nothing was found. When Pete brought me the service information, he said to bring it back immediately if it acted up again and they would see what they could find. One Friday afternoon after work, I was on my way home and the electrical problems happened again, so I drove it straight to the Dealership during a blizzard without windshield wipers. As soon as I came and Pete saw the issues I was having, he insisted I take a loaner car home until the problem was figured out and fixed because the van wasn't safe to drive. Turns out when I bought the van from a different out-of-state dealership, I wasn't told of a previous accident that had caused the electrical issues I was now having. Repairs were going to cost close to $2000! After contacting the previous dealership and having them agree to the repairs, Pete was in contact with them and made sure everything was paid for and taken care of. The extra effort Pete went through to get the van fixed was duly noted and very appreciated. I will now have all service work done at Performance Dodge because of having such a positive experience throughout this trying ordeal. More
