I was out of town on the Fourth of July when mycar wouldn't shift out of park. Had my Sebring towed to Performance Chrysler of Lincoln on a Sunday morning. Pete took ownership of my problem and resolved it in a professional mannor. Rotor replacement problems from about 6 months ago started to surface again and with one attempt to resurface the new rotors, at professional mannor. He even rotated and balanced the tires on his own for the hassle of having to bring the van in a second time. Just knowing that I can depend on this level of service with a dealer has swayed me to purchase my next new vehicles from them. More

I just purchased a 2002 Dodge Durango and went in to get the remote activated and Pete came to let me know that there was 3 things that had been recalled on my vehicle that needed to be switched out. Mario was a rockstar and did the best to help meet my needs in a vehicle. My daughter was with me(7)and he made sure she was having a good experience as well, considering we were there almost 5 hrs. Had no problem getting her a soda and snack with his own money. Doug was the finance guy and could have done a little better job explaining everything in more detail. I know they get busy but I hadn't purchased a vehicle in 10 years. After I got home and read through everything I was so stressed out about what I had just done. Called the next day and talked with Ben in finance and he took the time and answered every one of my questions and made sure that I was feeling ok about my purchase and the decisions I had made.
