I came to your service department because I had a low groaning noise in the steering.I was told to bring the car in later and leave it overnight. Service Department goes above and beyond! On a recall they stated would take 3 hours so I planned to wait in lobby with book and coffee, being from out of town. They found another active recall and asked if I minded if they completed this recall at same time. After 1 1/2 hours, Pete Gascon came over and said my car was done! When I expressed surprise at the speed, he said, "Well, I put 2 guys on it so you wouldn't have to wait so long!". Wonderful! Great service! Great people! More
As soon as I walked in the Service depart. I was immediately approached by Pete. He was very friendly, helpful and efficient. I found the dealership to be very cooperative, even when I called long distance to make an appointment for new brake pads. They were prepared for me when I arrived, introduced me to my personal service tech I called long distance to make an appointment for new brake pads. After I listed the issues I wanted either an estimate or advice about, I was shown to the waiting area, where the courtesy van driver quickly appeared to take me to a place, not my home, but where I needed to be. He was a very personable young man, and drove beautifully. He delivered three of us to the south side of town, and remained cheerful and interesting the entire trip. I was called about midday with information on the issues I had asked about, as well as the brake issue I had come in with. Later in the day I was called to notify me that the car was ready, and when I arrived, everything, including Pete, was there waiting for me. My car was being vacuumed as I approached to take it home. Complete care, in an atmosphere that is clean and well kept, with employees who seem to care about each client. It was a breath of fresh air...and I was prepared to be irritated since I had not chosen this dealership, but was forced to go there by warranty work. I will return. They won me over! More

Service manager, Pete Gascon asked if I was waiting on my vehicle, which I do because I drive 50 miles into Lincoln to work with a Jeep Dealership. My service was completed in 45 minutes, of course problem was a simple fix, just a short and a new switch fix the problem. Very satisfied with my entire experience. More
Neil was our salesman, and what a doozy! We had no intention of buying a new truck when we arrived, but he informed us of a wonderful deal that was unadvertised and found me the truck I wanted, the EX intention of buying a new truck when we arrived, but he informed us of a wonderful deal that was unadvertised and found me the truck I wanted, the EXACT truck I wanted. During the negotiation process, he worked with us and he and finance guy, Doug, were extremely flexible in getting me as close as possible to the monthly payments I wanted. The financing process was probably the fastest, least stressfull part of the whole ordeal, we were in Doug's office for less than 15 minutes and were ready to drive away! Neil was very accomodating as far as any questions and requests we had. I found a little bit of overspray on my truck from the spray in bedliner and he got it cleaned up right away and had my truck in top shape to drive off the lot. Unfortunately, we had some problems with the truck itself the very first night. The AC went out and wouldn't work at all, so the next day (on a Saturday) we were in the service department to get the truck fixed. I had a feeling that something was skipped during vehicle check-in and it would be an easy fix. When we were first told that they may not be able to get the truck in due to their appointment schedule that day, I spoke again to Neil and Doug, who directed me to Bryce the sales manager right away. Bryce felt my pain knowing I wanted my brand new truck running right and I wanted it home that day. He immediately went to service manager James and together they got my truck in right away and went right to work on it. As I thought, it was something simple, a step missed at the factory and a relatively simple fix. A couple hours later we were on the road home with cold air. I'm very happy with everyone I've dealt with there at performance and was able to get a better truck than I ever dreamed for a better price than anything I'd looked at used. I'm crossing my fingers that I'll be out of there service bay for a very long time now and the AC problem was just a fluke, but the whole crew was very understanding and accomodating when they found out about the problems. Great place, great people, excellent deals. GO! More
My experience with Performance in Lincoln was wonderful. They helped me every step of the way, from getting towing set-up to the finished work! Just wanted to let you know how much we appreciated Pete while we were waiting to get our car worked on. He made sure we were ok and had everything we needed while we were there. This was the best customer service I have gotten in 20 years. Pete should be teaching customer service! He went out of his way to assist us while we were traveling 400 miles from home.
