I brought my 2007 Pacifica in for the scheduled 100,000 mile service. I was able to drop my vehicle off at my convenience and was notified immediately when a non stock part issue arose and was presented wi mile service. Pete went out of his way to ensure my car was completed timely, even after they found the two seals leaking on the drive train. Despite the issue with the part, I was able to pick my children up on time from school with the loaner vehicle Pete ensured I received due to not stocking the one seal. Pete’s willingness to understand my transportation situation and family’s needs, he went out of his way to reduce my stress. I appreciate being treated as a person and not just a number. Your dealership has class and great people. I know Pete did not single handedly accomplish all this himself, my thanks goes out to him and the Service Department as a whole. What a great team, my paper work was ready, the car was clean, and I didn’t have to wait around to be taken care of. Additionally, with my busy schedule and 40 mile commute, Pete was understanding, compassionate, and more than professional. I am looking forward to my next visit to your dealership. You need to see if you can't clone Andy. Best service representative I've worked with in a long time. From the beginning to the end (it took a while because of parts being ordered) he was considerate and representative I've worked with in a long time. In addition to the service work done on my car, the detail work done was also extremely good. The last time it was done over a year ago, it was terrible. I'm still angry at myself for actually paying you for the work. I considered having someone else do it, but decided to give you one more chance. I consider this service as "5 star" because: I walked in from out of town to see if they would help troubleshoot a problem with the hadciapped conversion as it related to the operation of the sliding door o from out of town to see if they would help troubleshoot a problem with the hadciapped conversion as it related to the operation of the sliding door on my Chrylser Town and Country. They agreed to help look into the problem and since we (my wife was in a motorized wheelchair) they scheduled the vehicle for service at once. This was covered by warranty. They not only did the required work but also did a courtsey inspection of the complete vehicle and answered questions that I had about checking the transmission fluid and LOF service. Everyone that I spoke to was very courteous and willing to do whatever was necessary to assist us. They even went so far as to move the vehicle closer to the building to accomodate my wifes disability. Truly a "5 star" service. Thanks them for me. I have never bought a vehicle from Performance Dodge, but we were treated like life long customers. They gave us a loaner car to use and have been nothing short of amazing thru the whole process. Im usually filling these things out for a bad reason but this was the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. I will most definitely be looking this place up for our next vehicle purchase. I didn't think this type of service existed any longer but they have proven me wrong. Seriously if anyone is contemplating where to get there car fixed or serviced this is the place. I know this might sound a little to good to be true but give them a try and you will see! More
I came to your service department because I had a low groaning noise in the steering.I was told to bring the car in later and leave it overnight. Service Department goes above and beyond! On a recall they stated would take 3 hours so I planned to wait in lobby with book and coffee, being from out of town. They found another active recall and asked if I minded if they completed this recall at same time. After 1 1/2 hours, Pete Gascon came over and said my car was done! When I expressed surprise at the speed, he said, "Well, I put 2 guys on it so you wouldn't have to wait so long!". Wonderful! Great service! Great people! More

I found the dealership to be very cooperative, even when I called long distance to make an appointment for new brake pads. After I listed the issues I wanted either an estimate or advice about, I was shown to the waiting area, where the courtesy van driver quickly appeared to take me to a place, not my home, but where I needed to be. He was a very personable young man, and drove beautifully. He delivered three of us to the south side of town, and remained cheerful and interesting the entire trip. I was called about midday with information on the issues I had asked about, as well as the brake issue I had come in with. Later in the day I was called to notify me that the car was ready, and when I arrived, everything, including Pete, was there waiting for me. My car was being vacuumed as I approached to take it home. Complete care, in an atmosphere that is clean and well kept, with employees who seem to care about each client. It was a breath of fresh air...and I was prepared to be irritated since I had not chosen this dealership, but was forced to go there by warranty work. I will return. They won me over! More
