HE GOT US A GREAT DEAL ON A TOWN AND COUNTRY THAT THE GRAND KIDS ARE SURE TO ENJOY RIDING IN FOR A LONG TMIE. IT HAD ALL THE OPTIONS WE LIKE AND FOR THE KIDS AS WELL, LIKE A DVD PLAYER AND HEADFONES, HIDE AWAY SEATES FOR STORAGE AND ALARMS FOR BACKING UP. I enjoyed working with Troy a lot. He was willing to stay late and help answer any questions I had. I stopped in to look at used trucks when I didn't find anything I was interested in Troy showed me some new trucks. I told him I didn't think I could afford a new one and I would keep looking and if anyth anything I was interested in Troy showed me some new trucks. Troy was not pushey or did he make me feel like I was wasting his time as some other dealers I have dealt with in the past. A few days later he called me and said they had some good rebates and incentives on the new ones and ask if I would like to come in for a test drive. When I arrived at the dealer he showed me several different trucks and explained some different options we test drove a few and I was very happy with the truck, my wife stopped by after she got off work drove the truck and was very impressed with the way it drove and handled. We left with a new Dodge Ram and are very happy with it. Natalie set us up with a few add ons and a protection plan and was also very pleasant to work with. When dropping off the truck to install add ons, undercoating, etc. they are freindly and have a loaner vehicle waiting for us. The reason I put good on overall experince and price is I would have liked to have got more for my trade but I was still pleased. (I think it's the syndrome of good is good but more is better). We would do buisness with Performance Chrysler, Jeep, and Dodge of Lincoln and Troy in the future when the need arises. Jerry and Sharon More

I knew exactly what I was looking for and the sales rep understood that and didn't bother me with a different purcahase. He saved me $10,000 by suggesting this used model over a new one. We determined that a new one wasn't in my budget so the used one that I purchased was perfect. Later, Troy even helped to get my trial period of Sirius Satellite Radio set up. Natalie was very helpful in recommending a plan to help protect the interior and exterior of my car. She also responded very quickly to my e-mails regarding a possible customization project for my car. More
I will NEVER do business with them EVER, nor would I recommend them to anyone. My fiance and I went there in Feb. to look for a vehicle, naturally I needed to sleep on it before making a decision. We were called at least three times in 4 hours the next day. To make a long story short we ended up purchasing a vehicle and then bringing it back because we were not satisfied. They have a so called "Performance Promise" which is actually not in writing so it's not a guarantee. After hours of arguing with them (Jerry was very rude) we were able to return the vehicle and get our vehicle back, which they were illegally going to pay off. I had a co-signer on my original vehicle and they had no intentions of contacting them. They said the deal was cancelled, but the following week I received a letter from my banking letting me know my car was paid off. So then there was another battle to get the title. Definitely not worth it. More
My wife and I were looking for a car for quite some time, and just could not find the right fit for us. We knew what we wanted but there was always something. We live in Kansas City and I am in the military so we looked through USAA, the local dealers big and small, all over Kansas City. We went to Nebraska to visit family and on the off chance we passed by dealerships in Omaha, Bellevue and Lincoln. We went to Husker Auto Group (Terrible, the salesmen were just like you see in the movies, cliché, and tacky.) Bigler acted like they were bothered by us, but as we drove through Performance Dodge we saw a few vehicles we liked. Neil initially helped us but was called away to another customer request. He was very helpful for the short time he was with us, but he did not click with us. Still a nice guy, but Troy picked up where he left off and just talked to us and did not try to sell the next vehicle we were in, he listened. We couldn’t find anything in the lot but he said Performance had another lot and if we found something there to call him. 10 min later we saw something called him, 15 min later he had it prepped and ready to view and then the process we all enjoy started. Except with him it was different. He said a price we gave him our bottom line and he got close right away, no fussing and dealing, he let us know his bottom line and although we were still off our mark he gave us the vehicle overnight and stayed late to make sure we were set and then came in at 0730 the day after next after we called him and let him know what it would take to but and he came in to prepare paperwork and answer all the questions we called to ask him at night, late, at his home. Talk about dedication. Not once were we a nuisance or did he make it seem like it was out of hand. Great salesman, would buy the next few cars from him if it comes to it. And by the way, a reminder to him and all the other Dodge dealers, FIND OUT WHY DODGE DOES NOT MAKE AN FULL SIZED SUV ON THE RAM CHASSIS. Only negative note, service department needs to retool and think about 1 hour lunches where mechanics do not work on your vehicle. Tip, stagger lunches and be available during the hours most customers have their lunch to drop off or pick up vehicles. Customer service is key, is not most of your repeat business through service dept? I am pleased with the work done but reconsider staffing issues. Shawn the sales manager was great. Finance Guy was great, and did not catch the name of the female who spoke with us about options but she was great as well. Thanks to the Performance staff again. Great job Troy. More
My 07 Dodge Magnum developed a seal leak in the differential. The first time I was short of time so they replaced the seal. When it happened again 7 months later I had no pressing engagements so t differential. The first time I was short of time so they replaced the seal. When it happened again 7 months later I had no pressing engagements so the service tech called me to ask if he could keep the car for 3-4 days because they had to replace some parts of the differential that were causing pressure and they had also found overheated bearings and a bad wear pattern, so he had to order an entire differential. I was offered another car, or rides home and back if I needed them. During this entire time I felt as though I was the most important person they were dealing with. They assured me that the repairs were covered by warranty before they started the job.Their keeping me informed of the repair progress was something I had never experienced. It made me glad that I had chosen Performance Dodge of Lincoln as both my sales, and service techs. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used car, and subsequent repairs. More
I was in from out of town to have a windshield repaired on my 2011 Jeep Rubicon. While there I asked James Campbell, Performance's Service Director about a transmission issue I was having that was, as yet on my 2011 Jeep Rubicon. James and his technician, Jeremy Jourdan, spent over an hour with me researching the issue and possible solutions. And even though I had involved Jeep's Customer Service on a national level, James and Jeremy both assured me that if I desired, they would see to it that my transmission issue was fixed in a timely manner and would be happy to deal with District Managers in their area. I chose to continue pursuing resolution with my current dealer only because I felt it was their duty to take care of it. But rest assured, I will always try to make sure I have my service work done at Performance any time I'm in town. And when it's time to buy a new Jeep.......it will be from Performance and you have these two exceptional gentlemen to thank for that. Keep up the good work.
