Pete gave us excellent customer service and worked well with us. I would recommend him to anyone. He helped us work out an issue we had with Dodge's warranty. I went to the dealership just to look at vehicles, but felt compelled to purchase a new vehicle after I could not pass up such a great deal and friendly customer service and Sales associates! My name is Tammy Kenny and on April 5th, 2011 I purchased a 2011 Dodge Avenger. This car has flaws from the factory that Performance Dodge had worked very hard to perfect at their cost. When everything was as good as possible (show room quality) I was introduced to Jerry Snyder, the general manager at Performance. He corrected every issue from the body of the car. This dealership is the greatest I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with! I won't ever go anywhere else for a dodge or Chrysler product ever! Jerry did everything possible to keep me happy. Even when I was frustrated he calmed me and made me laugh. Everyone at Performance should sell every type of car and not have to go any place else to get a car. I will never return to this dealership for a vehicle purchase again. I did work with Mario Overstreet who is a very nice gentlmen but was never willing to share any pricing with me until I actually came purchase again. I live several miles from the dealership and did not have time to just drive up to be put in a cubicle to sit and wait for some sales manager to make up thier mind on how much they wanted to over charge me. When we did arrive at the dealership to test drive a vehicle there was no urgency to take care of my wife and I. Mario was courtesy and did offer to bring a vehicle into the service bay for us to look and then offered a test drive. We sat down at 7 PM to get pricing on a 2011 Jeep Cherokee and did not receive any information until 7:45 PM. No real explanation was given to us for the delay and when the numbers were given to us they were not very competitive. During our enjoyable 45 minute wait two other salesmen sat down in a cubicle next to us and began to belch. Needless to say I will never return to this dealership. More
