I just bought my first vehicle which was a 2012 Jeep Cherokee from Performance Jeep and Dodge. It was a great experience. Jay was my sales consultant and he was the best!!!! I was shopping for a new Chrysler Town and Country Limited van. I had never tried to contact, much less actually BUY a new car from a dealer over two hours away from home. But Jay Allsman emailed me and phoned me and was very easy to understand and really tried his honest best to get us the best deal. And then he had the van with the exact colors and options we wanted coming to his dealership that next week. Jay sent us pictures and information we needed to know we were making the right decision to buy from him; even though we had not set foot in his showroom. When we arrived to pick up our new van; he had it detailed and sitting in its own private showroom with bright lights and chairs to sit and talk about all the new features and how to work them. Scott Johnson of the finance dept streamlined a complex process and helped us understand it. Overall the best buying experience of a new car ever for us.. We reccomend this dealership and Jay Allsman. More

I received excellent service on my 2010 Toyota Corolla when I brought it in for an estimate of some body damage to the roof. Whitney Wathor, the customer service representative in their office, was also friendly, courteous and ready to answer my questions. My car was in Performance Collision Center for repair which was completed in 1 week from when I brought it in. They did an excellent job. Mr. Nickolite kept me informed by email during the entire process. I would most definitely recommend this dealership for auto body service. More
This was my first experience buying a car from out of state. I purchased a used vehicle, sight unseen and was understandably concerned about making such a large investment. The staff at Performance Dodge was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the process. My salesman, Jay Allsman, took the vehicle across town to an independent repair shop to have it examined and checked out for me. He sent me several pictures as well as all documentation I requested (PDF of sticker, CarFax report, etc.). He was available to me at all hours and always helpful and friendly. The staff was forthcoming and honest in their dealings with me and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied, even after the purchase was completed. Jay assisted in arranging transportation of the vehicle and even shipped me paperwork overnight. The finance personnel answered all of my questions and made the process easy and transparent, especially when I had concerns and trepidation about making the purchase long distance. I enthusiastically recommend this dealership and would be happy to do business with them again. Buy with confidence from these folks. More
Our experience with Performance has been positive despite some mechanical issues with our Jeep. We bought a used 2007 Grand Cherokee and had a transmission issue crop up 1,000 miles in. While there was no question their used car warranty would cover the issue they were as helpful as I needed them to be. Rick in the service department gave us a loaner car to keep for a week and a tank of gas after they fixed the Jeep to make up for the inconvenience. We plan to buy again from Performance. More

We were en route from our home in CO to WI on Sunday, 8/7/11, due to a family medical emergency (95 year old parent had stroke). We were driving our RV built on a Dodge Sprinter platform (Mercedes-Benz 8/7/11, due to a family medical emergency (95 year old parent had stroke). We were driving our RV built on a Dodge Sprinter platform (Mercedes-Benz turbodiesel) when we developed mechanical problems on I-80 just west of Lincoln. Vehicle would not go over about 65mph and could not maintain speed going uphill. Limped into Lincoln and at 7AM the next morning telephoned Performance, explained the circumstances and asked if they could help us. Was told to come right over and talk to service adviser Andrew Fujan. Arrived at Performance about 7:30AM and found Andrew. He assured us that, although all of their Sprinter techs were busy, they would work us in ASAP. I also expressed concern about the food in the RV refrigerator and Andrew assured me they would take care of it. The RV was in a service bay by 8AM. Problem turned out to be a cracked turbo resonator, which was not easy to diagnose and required a step-by-step analysis to detect. Our thanks to technician 464 who was ingenuous enough to put smoke into the intake system to figure out why it wouldn't hold pressure. Andrew was very good about giving us progress reports. The necessary part was in fortunately in stock. We had an extended warranty, Andrew got approval for coverage, and we were back on the road at no charge (other than an air filter that we decided to replace) well before noon. And everything in the refrigerator was still nice and cold. Also, very nice service waiting area, good coffee, and clean restrooms. We were really impressed with Performance! More
Andy was wonderful. I needed some repair work on my door but didn't expect the cost to be so much. Andy checked the record on my car and saw that I had brought it in once before and mentioned an issue with but didn't expect the cost to be so much.
