He didn't pressure me into making a decision on the spot and gave me plenty of space and the time I needed to make the second biggest purchase in my life. He answered all of my questions and treated me like a seasoned car buyer as opposed to a person who last bought a used car in 1998. Not only did I love the Compass I test drove but I felt respected buy the dealer and I knew as soon as I left Performance after my initial test drive that I would be buying my car there. On the day I purchased the car I also felt at ease with the lending personnel, particularly Doug Guthard. He did a great job of making me feel comfortable with my end decision and working with me to get exactly what I wanted. Great job Performance team! More
