Nice truck, Dealer experience was a disaster Once these people get the keys to your trade, you will be there all night. When you ask for your keys back someone will go to get them and someone else comes in to convince you to buy something. After paperwork is done and you leave you get called back for paperwork resign and the amount of loan has magically gone up, and I had to put more money on my credit card just to get to leave the second time. Took so long to get my trade in paid off I was getting calls at work from previous finance company wanting to know if and when I was going to make payment on vehicle I had traded in over a month ago. I was told 5 times by 5 different people that the money had been sent to the finance company over a span of 3 weeks. Called Dodge customer service 4 times, they called Jon Tucker 4 times and I was promised the refund of my credit card charges in full. I did get part of it back, it was not a full refund. Dodge customer service kept calling me back to see if things were getting taken care off and after 2 months and numerous calls and more promises Customer service finally got things taken care of. If you want an ongoing endless nightmare, this is the place to go. I did like the truck but after the horrid experience I received from this dealership and the worries I had about having to deal with them for service in the future I dumped the truck at the first opportunity I got and I will never consider another Dodge again till they start controlling their dealership better. More

After visiting several other dealerships, I stopped in at Performance and there I met Jake Hamilton a sales consultant. Jake really listened to my needs. He didn't pressure me into test driving vehicles that he and I both new were not a good fit for me. When we found a Dodge Caliber I new it was going to be my next car. I test drove it and fell in love with it. But I noticed it had squeaky brakes. Jake went to work with the service department and got the brakes fixed. Rick in the service department was very professional and got the brake issue taken care of for me at no cost to me. Then Jake went to financing and worked with them until the came up with a loan and payments that worked with my budget. All the people I met there were exceptional at what did. I will definitly recomend them to all my friends and will return there myself when I need a different vehicle. Performance Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Lincoln deserves an A+ in customer service. More

Performance accepted my offer and was quite a bit cheaper than what I was getting here in town....that's with my company getting friends and family at many Jeep dealers locally. I was looking for a used red Dodge Journey on line & received a call from Performance Dodge in Lincoln. Jeff Sanders told me they had 5 2012 Dodge Journey's on their lot at that time & one was red. received a call from Performance Dodge in Lincoln. Jeff Sanders told me they had 5 2012 Dodge Journey's on their lot at that time & one was red. This was on a Wed. or a Thur. I live in Seward & couldn't get to Lincoln until the following Sat, aft. Jeff told me that was fine. On Sat. my husband & I went to Performance Dodge not even thinking about buying just going to look. My husband was not in favor of a new car at all. When we arrived we met Jeff & went to take a test drive in the 2012 red Dodge Journey. I drove as it would be my car & I fell in love with it instantly. It didn't take my husband long at all & he was convinced also. Jeff worked with us like we had been lifelong friends & I feel like we got the best deal possible. If I would ever go back for a different car I definately would see Jeff first. As it turned out Jeff helped us lease a 2012 Ram pkup for my husband & worked with my son several weeks later so he was able to buy a Dodge mini van.
