Service repairs I set a appt online to get some service work and recall done my service advisor was Andy Staehr I called earlier to verify what kind of oil they I set a appt online to get some service work and recall done my service advisor was Andy Staehr I called earlier to verify what kind of oil they would use and verify they knew my 13 dodge ram diesel had to fuel filters has other reviews I have read for other dealers and service center did not know this the person I spoke knew exactly what I was talking about and had them in stock and knew what oil was needed I dropped the truck off at 7 am due to work I met Andy explained what was all needed and about this whining noise I heard for a month now Andy took note about 3 pm Andy called to explained he was not sure at this time what it was as there is no leaks Andy did find where the noise was coming from but could not fix it as it just started a month ago the power steering was strong still no leaks in lines and no damage that could be seen Andy explained he could start replacing parts to see but would not know what it would till further tear down Andy was very honest about this and I was happy with the service that I got even know they couldn't fix the noise I at least no where its coming from and to watch further about it Andy did not even charge to look at this the did replace trans fuel oil filters and fluid everything is working great and happy with them as I work all over on the us and live in Texas and have been in NE for a year now working I do not trust dealers but this one I would go back and have them work on my vehicle again great job More

Jon listened to my concerns to understand the situation, ultimately bringing the issue to a satisfactory resolution. He said and did all the right things that you would expect from a dealership that works hard to deliver high customer satisfaction. Buying a new/used vehicle can be challenging enough, but when there is a vehicle issue on top of the purchase, that can be frustrating. The fact that Jon worked to address the issue after the purchase and made things right -- says a lot for the integrity of the management. Will never do business with this dealership I drove 3 hours one way to trade in a pickup truck for a Jeep Wrangler. I talked to the employee several times for several weeks and set up a time and date to meet before hand. He had me approved and supposedly had all the paperwork drawn up. I called him 4 or 5 more times that week reminding him that I would there still. I ended up taking a day off of work to drive up there just to get told that they took the jeep to auction. How hard would it have been to make a quick phone call explaining this. It turns out, the employee I was working with also had the day off that same day yet this was never mentioned. So if you enjoy wasting 8 hours of your hard earned vacation and $150 in fuel,then this is the right place for you. More

I know a lot of my friends bought car from performance, and they said they are very nice, doing good, technology good, that's the reason I give them a five star:) More
Will never purchase from them again I purchased a Certified used Jeep Patriot in May of 2013. Had problems with it in less than a week. Had multiple issues getting vehicle taken care o I purchased a Certified used Jeep Patriot in May of 2013. Had problems with it in less than a week. Had multiple issues getting vehicle taken care of at Performance so I took it to another Jeep dealer to get it fixed. Now the vehicle is making a noise that sounds like a pulley or baring is going out. I called Performance to check on warranty and was told it had expired, was transferred to someone to help, who needed to transfer me again to someone else and was then hung up on in transfer. Again only have had the vehicle for 16 months and the Certified warranty has expired due to age of vehicle not mileage as it has less than 60,000 on it. Because it was 2008 the certified warranty only lasted until November of 2013. Now I know why they sold this one as certified as they knew they would not have to cover it for long. Not only will I not purchase from Performance again but Chrysler beware, because of vehicle issues and lack of service by YOUR dealer I may never buy a Jeep or Chrysler product again. More

I have purchased several vehicles over the last few years, and I was completely impressed with Jay. Never took more than 15 min to get a reply on email (usually within 5min). I definitely will call Jay next time I buy a vehicle….his attention to detail was unsurpassed from my previous experiences. I told him if I was a 1st grade teacher, I would have given him a sticker! If Jay was in my business, I would hire him! More

Just because you have an agreement with the salesman, you must realize he is just a pawn in the game and he will tell you anything he is told to tell you to make the sale. If you are the type that believes what you are being told and are the type that just signs paperwork as it is handed to you, beware. After my experience I can promise you, if it is not documented, it is hearsay. That is what the manager told me personally. I was called a liar because I had a verbal agreement with the salesman and a handshake to seal the deal. When I was signing paper I was told there was no paperwork to back up what had taken place with the salesman and I was out of luck. I walked out and never complete the deal. I was in contact with the general manager the next day and he said the salesman had verified my side of the story and I could come back out and complete the deal. I declined and will never deal with a dealership that calls me a liar before verifying the facts first. If you are still going to deal with these crooks, do your self a favor. 1. Make sure everything is documented. 2. Get everything documented, no matter how much you feel you trust them. 3. Read everything and get answers before you sign anything. Once you sign the paperwork, you are stuck. You can't take it back, you can't get something that is not written down. You are a sale, nothing more on their monthly tally, nothing more. More
