Will never purchase from them again I purchased a Certified used Jeep Patriot in May of 2013. Had problems with it in less than a week. Had multiple issues getting vehicle taken care o I purchased a Certified used Jeep Patriot in May of 2013. Had problems with it in less than a week. Had multiple issues getting vehicle taken care of at Performance so I took it to another Jeep dealer to get it fixed. Now the vehicle is making a noise that sounds like a pulley or baring is going out. I called Performance to check on warranty and was told it had expired, was transferred to someone to help, who needed to transfer me again to someone else and was then hung up on in transfer. Again only have had the vehicle for 16 months and the Certified warranty has expired due to age of vehicle not mileage as it has less than 60,000 on it. Because it was 2008 the certified warranty only lasted until November of 2013. Now I know why they sold this one as certified as they knew they would not have to cover it for long. Not only will I not purchase from Performance again but Chrysler beware, because of vehicle issues and lack of service by YOUR dealer I may never buy a Jeep or Chrysler product again. More

I have purchased several vehicles over the last few years, and I was completely impressed with Jay. Never took more than 15 min to get a reply on email (usually within 5min). I definitely will call Jay next time I buy a vehicle….his attention to detail was unsurpassed from my previous experiences. I told him if I was a 1st grade teacher, I would have given him a sticker! If Jay was in my business, I would hire him! More

Just because you have an agreement with the salesman, you must realize he is just a pawn in the game and he will tell you anything he is told to tell you to make the sale. If you are the type that believes what you are being told and are the type that just signs paperwork as it is handed to you, beware. After my experience I can promise you, if it is not documented, it is hearsay. That is what the manager told me personally. I was called a liar because I had a verbal agreement with the salesman and a handshake to seal the deal. When I was signing paper I was told there was no paperwork to back up what had taken place with the salesman and I was out of luck. I walked out and never complete the deal. I was in contact with the general manager the next day and he said the salesman had verified my side of the story and I could come back out and complete the deal. I declined and will never deal with a dealership that calls me a liar before verifying the facts first. If you are still going to deal with these crooks, do your self a favor. 1. Make sure everything is documented. 2. Get everything documented, no matter how much you feel you trust them. 3. Read everything and get answers before you sign anything. Once you sign the paperwork, you are stuck. You can't take it back, you can't get something that is not written down. You are a sale, nothing more on their monthly tally, nothing more. More

All I knew for sure was that I wanted a white SUV!! Jon started asking questions and filling in the blanks! Within minutes, he said he had just what I was looking for. He emailed me 26 pictures of the vehicle inside and out and when I saw the pics, Jon was right on! I was a bit nervous purchasing a vehicle without actually seeing or driving it but Jon answered all of our questions, gave us what we wanted on our trade-in and over all made the whole deal simple! (Our son and daughter-in-law live in Littleton, CO and have bought their last 2 vehicles over the phone from Performance and highly recommended them to us.) My pearl white 2014 Dodge Journey was delivered to our door on Friday morning and we couldn't be happier with our new vehicle! It was everything that we were looking for plus! Thank you Jon! You made this a breeze and we LOVED not going to car lots being hassled by over bearing sales people! We will definitely do this again and highly recommend Performance Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Lincoln! When you ask for your keys back someone will go to get them and someone else comes in to convince you to buy something. After paperwork is done and you leave you get called back for paperwork resign and the amount of loan has magically gone up, and I had to put more money on my credit card just to get to leave the second time. Took so long to get my trade in paid off I was getting calls at work from previous finance company wanting to know if and when I was going to make payment on vehicle I had traded in over a month ago. I was told 5 times by 5 different people that the money had been sent to the finance company over a span of 3 weeks. Called Dodge customer service 4 times, they called Jon Tucker 4 times and I was promised the refund of my credit card charges in full. I did get part of it back, it was not a full refund. Dodge customer service kept calling me back to see if things were getting taken care off and after 2 months and numerous calls and more promises Customer service finally got things taken care of. If you want an ongoing endless nightmare, this is the place to go. I did like the truck but after the horrid experience I received from this dealership and the worries I had about having to deal with them for service in the future I dumped the truck at the first opportunity I got and I will never consider another Dodge again till they start controlling their dealership better. More

After visiting several other dealerships, I stopped in at Performance and there I met Jake Hamilton a sales consultant. Jake really listened to my needs. He didn't pressure me into test driving vehicles that he and I both new were not a good fit for me. When we found a Dodge Caliber I new it was going to be my next car. I test drove it and fell in love with it. But I noticed it had squeaky brakes. Jake went to work with the service department and got the brakes fixed. Rick in the service department was very professional and got the brake issue taken care of for me at no cost to me. Then Jake went to financing and worked with them until the came up with a loan and payments that worked with my budget. All the people I met there were exceptional at what did. I will definitly recomend them to all my friends and will return there myself when I need a different vehicle. Performance Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Lincoln deserves an A+ in customer service. More
Great buying experience with Performance! I couldn't find a Wrangler with the options in town, so a quick search found exactly what I wanted in Lincoln...my wife was amazed I couldn't find what I was l find a Wrangler with the options in town, so a quick search found exactly what I wanted in Lincoln...my wife was amazed I couldn't find what I was looking for in KC and thought I was a crazy driving up to Lincoln...and that's putting it mildly. Performance accepted my offer and was quite a bit cheaper than what I was getting here in town....that's with my company getting friends and family at many Jeep dealers locally. Mario and the entire staff at Performance were fantastic - will definitely consider them next time I'm in the market for a vehicle. More
