Not satisfied with the backing of sold used vehicles here Listen, I know that I bought an "as is" used 2010 Dodge Ram 1500 Big Horn with 127k. So it has had some wear on it. But when I'm paying 18k for my first big buy, I'm hoping the vehicle will be repaired where it needs it. The shocks and struts are worn to where I need to repair soon, things could be worse with my suspension but have no idea what I'm looking for honestly. The biggest issue I have is the AC isn't blowing cold air and the back vent isn't working. When my kids rode with me the other day. They were soaked from sweat. So I called the dealership to bring it, so I did and all they could tell me was it was fine and I had no issues with the AC. I try it again that next day and low and behold it's still blowing mediocre temperature air when it's 60 degrees outside, disappointed all around More
Terrible would never buy from them again First off bought the truck and they left the tank on E and would not put any gas in it and I've never had a dealer do that. Second off we got home to find out the air didn't work and tried contacting the person we bought it from to find out he was no longer there a few days later. Was told it was something we did over the phone when you buy as is they won't fix it but they will take a look to see if it's the freon. Took it in for the appointment to be told I didn't have one scheduled. Finally got it in to be looked at to say nothing at all was wrong w it when the air didn't get cold at all. Took it to a real mechanic and he instantly knew something was wrong since none of the pipes were getting cold. After a hour he fixed it and it's working now. Not only does the dealership stink the auto shop there is just as bad. I've bought a lot of cars and I've never had such a bad experience. More
Poorly treated repeat customer. I stopped in to look at a 2001 dodge ram. I liked the truck. I offered NADA book value. They countered with a price of $2000 over book value. They didn't want to give me book value for that either. (Which is in very good condition). I would be fine with paying more then book value if it was in excellent condition. But this truck had roughly $1800 to $2200 worth of repairs to be made. I have bought 4 vehicles in the past 6 years from Baxter. They would not budge on the price and looked at me like I was from a different planet when I offered a very fair price. Their guys had not even looked into the truck yet and I was willing to buy as is. Guess I thought they would take care of a repeat customer. If you want to feel like someone broke it off in your butt then go to baxter. I however will NEVER GO BACK!! More
Service repairs I set a appt online to get some service work and recall done my service advisor was Andy Staehr I called earlier to verify what kind of oil they I set a appt online to get some service work and recall done my service advisor was Andy Staehr I called earlier to verify what kind of oil they would use and verify they knew my 13 dodge ram diesel had to fuel filters has other reviews I have read for other dealers and service center did not know this the person I spoke knew exactly what I was talking about and had them in stock and knew what oil was needed I dropped the truck off at 7 am due to work I met Andy explained what was all needed and about this whining noise I heard for a month now Andy took note about 3 pm Andy called to explained he was not sure at this time what it was as there is no leaks Andy did find where the noise was coming from but could not fix it as it just started a month ago the power steering was strong still no leaks in lines and no damage that could be seen Andy explained he could start replacing parts to see but would not know what it would till further tear down Andy was very honest about this and I was happy with the service that I got even know they couldn't fix the noise I at least no where its coming from and to watch further about it Andy did not even charge to look at this the did replace trans fuel oil filters and fluid everything is working great and happy with them as I work all over on the us and live in Texas and have been in NE for a year now working I do not trust dealers but this one I would go back and have them work on my vehicle again great job More

Jon listened to my concerns to understand the situation, ultimately bringing the issue to a satisfactory resolution. He said and did all the right things that you would expect from a dealership that works hard to deliver high customer satisfaction. Buying a new/used vehicle can be challenging enough, but when there is a vehicle issue on top of the purchase, that can be frustrating. The fact that Jon worked to address the issue after the purchase and made things right -- says a lot for the integrity of the management.
