We’ve had a great experience working with Sid Dillon on our Ram 3500 trucks. Their service department does an excellent job communicating throughout the repair process and keeping us updated on what’s goin our Ram 3500 trucks. When we have an issue, they work quickly to diagnose the problem, get it resolved, and get our trucks back on the road with minimal downtime. Trevor was fantastic to work with throughout the entire process. We recently purchased an EV, and while he didn’t know every detail about EVs, the manager was extremely helpful in explaining everything and process. Trevor continued to help us every step of the way and made the buying process easy. The trade-in process also went very smoothly. We had a few issues with our previous vehicle, but the warranty covered the repairs, and the dealership handled everything for us. We also needed a few things taken care of on the Jeep after the purchase, and they were able to get us in and taken care of in a timely manner. Overall, we had a great experience and really appreciated the communication, customer service, and willingness to help throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend Trevor and the team!
