Messed up Paperwork My initial experience when purchasing my 2017 Hyundai Elantra was good. However, due to one of my keys never working, it was discovered that the sales My initial experience when purchasing my 2017 Hyundai Elantra was good. However, due to one of my keys never working, it was discovered that the salesman had pulled paperwork for the wrong car during my purchase so the loan, licensing, registration, and ALL paperwork had to be re-done. This meant me having to go back to the dealership for 2.5 hours to re-do everything! I have not been happy with the after care so far but would be willing to update my review if I get the responses I was promised. More

Before I buy or sign any paper I told the saleperson if there is any problem I find out after I buy, are you going to take care of it? She said, 'Sid Dillon has a good reputation and will never let its customers go unhappy.' Also, they brought this SUV from another location and it was very dirty that you can see any damages or any dents on it. However, after I drove it home, I found a lot of defects such as broken windshield, dents all over that car even though they were minors, struts and shocks.... I paid 20k and trade my car which was a lot better that their SUV.. bottom line don't fall in their trap and don't trust them with ANYTHING they say! Salman More
