Dan took the time to explain everything to me regarding the purchase, and went over the vehicle with me to explain the various functions of the vehicle and how they worked. He was gracious in telling me if I needed further help to stop in and he would help me. Upon getting into the vehicle, Dan noticed a small surface scratch on the drivers side of the car. We did not have time to have it taken care of at the time, but Dan wanted to make sure it was buffed out and ask that I call him to make arrangements to take care of the scratch, which I will be doing. We took our first trip to Illinois with the car, and got gas mileage of 28.4 miles to the gallon on the highway. So far in town the mileage is 18.6 MPG. More

Van Gardiner showed me a couple of used vehicles, but his suggestion to lease and his explanation of the process was a huge relief to me and my situation. I am truly grateful Van showed me options and did such a good job explaining them to me. Am much happier having been able to make a choice rather than being forced into an older, unknown vehicle because I was limited to the amount of the insurance check. Since I am approaching a fixed income, leasing the new Elantra is the perfect choice for me at this time. More
