Sales Manager Doesn't Keep Promises-Dishonest I was thinking of trading my car for a Ford Focus at Sid Dillon's used lot on O Street. After driving the car I offered to trade my car and $1000 cash I was thinking of trading my car for a Ford Focus at Sid Dillon's used lot on O Street. After driving the car I offered to trade my car and $1000 cash for the Focus. Bill Koch drove my car and agreed to the terms provided I would fix a minor problem that caused a "check engine" light to come on in my car. The next day I got a call from a salesperson indicating that he had spoken to Koch, and that he reaffirmed that he would take my car and $1000 for the Focus if I fixed the problem on my car that caused the check engine light. I agreed to do this and promptly took care of the problem. I took my car to the dealership, whereupon Koch told me that he would take no less than $1600 and my car. Although I was furious at this dishonesty I kept my cool, thanked him for his time, and left. Although I realize that I did not have the deal in writing, I don't think I'm expecting too much in wanting people to keep their promises, which Bill Koch obviously did not. I have purchased vehicles from Sid Dillon in the past but after this experience, I will NEVER be going back and I want people to know that Bill Koch is not worthy of their trust. More

I Highly Recommend Sid Dillon I am a recently divorced single mother on a tight budget. I did not anticipate buying a car when I walked into Sid Dillion as I had not begun to test drive any vehicles. However, after talking with the sales rep, Chris Colgrove, I proceeded to purchase the vehicle. I was very assertive about how much I wanted to spend and how much I wanted my payments to be each month. Chris was very intent on listening to what I needed and was very invested in helping me get what I wanted. Chris was very respectful and kind and didn't seem to treat me any differently because I was a woman. I truly appreciated Chris and Sid Dillon listening to what I wanted and doing everything they could to help me.
