He just showed me that he cared and appreciated my business. For those reasons when it was time to turn in my lease car I gave Jamie a chance to once again earn my business. He did so with flying colors. I let him know that my wife and I have purchased MANY vehicles in the past but have never had a salesman follow up like he does. It really does make the buying experience more enjoyable. We can go anywhere to buy a car but it is hard to find the kind of service and follow up that Jamie provides. More

I'm thrilled I was able to negotiate with him throughout the deal. I did not have to be weather multiple tiers of dealership negotiators or the typical "Tower of Power" tactics. Although Randy in sales management had the ultimate say, my primary contact remained the same. I should point out that Cory professionally pursued this sale for months, and it was in fact his personal pursuit and the fact the dealership secured the color Sonota I desired that helped secure the deal. Todd Bartles, Finance Manager, is the best I ever encountered during a lifetime in which I have purchased over 30 vehicles for personal use. He was able to secure fair and reasonable financing, no easy task considering my relatively poor credit rating created during a tumultuous marriage and divorce. He expressed extended warranty with an easy to understand model. His financial approach was top drawer. The vehicle price was highly competitive. Although my payments were a little bit more than I might have preferred, I was handled with such professional fairness, I did not do "the nibble" at the close for free window tinting. The car I traded in had window tinting. I am not a family member, a personal friend, or a patronizing customer looking to needlessly stroke egos. I know this Sid Dillon dealership on a strictly business basis and on that basis give them my highest recommendation. More

He was very talkative and we never felt uncomfortable at all when we were with him. Overall, he made it very easy for me to decide which car to get and was very reasonable with pricing. Jeff was very nice as well. However, he had to reprint multiple sheets and it made us nervous that something was going to be incorrect in the long run. Also, we felt that due to this it did take a little longer than it should have. He just seemed new and there is nothing wrong with that but we had already been at the dealership for a couple hours and were just ready to get the process over with. More
