After a test drive and negotiation, we spent a couple hours finalizing the purchase. After the paperwork was done it was 2 hours after the close time. The salesman and the finance guy were the only people left on the lot. They left before we even got to our car. Good thing I had a grip on the features of the new SUV, and really didnt need assistance. I would have at least liked an effort. More

Not forced I felt no pressure like I had felt at other dealerships. They were friendly but not fake.
