Closing the deal They need to have more people available to help close the deal. I had filled out paperwork earlier in the day and only had my husband's information to They need to have more people available to help close the deal. I had filled out paperwork earlier in the day and only had my husband's information to add because we were using his military discount. It took us over 2 1/2 hours at the dealership that evening to finalize paperwork. That amount of time is ridiculous. I know you were busy making deals but you need to have people cross trained to help out in times of high business activity. Me filling out the paperwork earlier in the day did not help quicken this process at all. Our finance man said he hadn't even looked at any of my information until right before we started adding my husband's information. Be faster!! More

Yellow Veloster I went to the dealership looking for a Veloster. Was greeted by Chris on the lot by the Velosters. The color I wanted was not on the lot but I was not I went to the dealership looking for a Veloster. Was greeted by Chris on the lot by the Velosters. The color I wanted was not on the lot but I was not pressured into buying what they had in stock. Instead we went inside and Randy located a yellow Veloster for me and brought it into the dealership. Excellent work! The financing department was very courteous and did not pressure me into buying anything outside my financial limitations. They explained all options but understood that I had a limit on what I was comfortable paying monthly given the situation I was in at that point. I love my new Veloster, have always wanted one since I first saw them 3 years ago. Thank you to all that were involved :) More
