I would definitely give Sid Dillon zero stars for the fact that they sold me a vehicle that was not what they said it was. I purchased a 2011 Equinox in Dec. 2015 in which they told me it would be reliable. A few weeks after purchasing my check engine light came on in which I took it back to Sid Dillon. They had told me that the engine was bad and I was going to have to purchase a new one or buy my old car back from them after they put a couple thousands of dollars of work into it. I ultimately had gotten a refurbished engine after arguing with them for a week or so. During this repair service I had asked for a rental car so I was able to still make it to my obligations I had prior to having my newly purchased vehicle break down. They had told me they had no rental cars available. However, I lived behind them and saw that there were plenty of rental cars sitting there, they just for some reason not available to me...I also have had nonstop problems this past year with the check engine light coming on with other expenses that I, as a college student, cannot afford to fix. Being a female I feel as though I was taken advantage of and am repulsed by the terrible customer service I received. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. They present themselves as a customer friendly store, when in fact they only care about how they can screw the next customer over and put more money in their pockets. More

Mechanics need to be checked Took my mothers 91 Buick in there was a power drain the said it was the attena they charged almost $600.00 they never re-hooked the attena back up. This last time I took the car in I asked them to check it out they replaced a pulley but not the water pump, installed a new battery and called it good. After getting home found other issues they didn't address plus they never check the tire pressure each tire only had 15lbs in them! More

2017 Hyundai Tucson Limited w/Ultimate Package This is the first new vehicle I've ever purchased. It took a little time to locate the specific Hyundai model with the body color and features I want This is the first new vehicle I've ever purchased. It took a little time to locate the specific Hyundai model with the body color and features I wanted. My Hyundai salesman, Scott Juengel, was able to locate the exact model and color I was looking for in Kansas City (which had only 14 miles on it) and arranged to have it shipped to the dealership. When it came time to see my new Hyundai for the first time before driving it home, Scott went the extra mile to make it a very special event. He led us down the hallway to the service garage and when I opened the door there it was, sitting right in the middle garage, all by itself, my new Hyundai Tucson Limited with the Ultimate Package in Brilliant White. Boy did it sparkle! Scott video-taped the unveiling and took several pictures as well with my wife and I standing next to my new baby. What a beautiful piece of machinery--I felt like I did when I got my first bicycle for Christmas back when I was 8 years old. Thank you Scott and thank you Sid Dillon Buick/Hyundai for making my first new car purchase a memorable one. More

We looked at other dealers for different models of similar vehicles, all of them had m I thought Cory did an excellent job of communicating via text. We looked at other dealers for different models of similar vehicles, all of them had my phone number, but Cory was the only one who communicated via text which made it much easier for me to respond when it was convenient for me, and helped to take the pressure off of the transaction. The competitors all called me instead of texting. I appreciated Cory's approach to communication. More
