Good experience Jessie Hablitzel was my salesman and was great to work with, it was the best car buying experience I've ever had. He did not pressure me in any way and answered all of my questions. The finance person did not sign my state sales tax so I had to make another trip from the DMV to get it signed. I also had to go in because one of the rear seats would not latch in place and the seat back release needed adjustment. The service department did not apologize for it not being in proper working order and told me I would have to wait to get it fixed instead of fixing it immediately. The primary reason I bought a new car, and especially a new Hyundai was so that I could be confident 100% of the features would work. More
