He was pleasant, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Answered all my questions before I could ask. He took me on a test drive and orientated me to the Terrain. I didn't get to the dealership until noon, and was home by 5, and even stopped for some groceries on my way home. More

My visit to Sid Dillon was to trade my 2012 SRX for a new 2013 or 2014. We meet with Ken H. and finally selected the 2013 SRX with a few new features which I thought were a plus over the 2012.
