He is always available to answer our questions about the features on the vehicle we purchased. Some of these features can be very confusing, but he was more than willing to walk us through the steps on how to use the computer in our Ford F-150 truck instead of telling us to read the manual! He also took the time to show us how to set and use the digital lock on our doors. We couldn't find the funnel for the gas tank, so he showed us where to find it. We were so pleased with his personality, professionalism, and customer service that we recommended him to a close friend of ours that was looking for a vehicle. Our friend also purchased a vehicle from him! More
