I wasn’t really looking , but saw a few things that interested me - the first one I took out was great ! Jenn was very helpful and not pushy at all - some dealerships won’t leave you alone . What an awesome experience! Feeling very vulnerable and anxious after my vehicle was totaled. Had no idea what to look for. Was in a time crunch with rental. Mark literally spent ALL day with me looking at anxious after my vehicle was totaled. Had no idea what to look for. Was in a time crunch with rental. Mark literally spent ALL day with me looking at various cars/trucks and going over specs to try and find me the right vehicle. He was so patient with me and answered all of my questions. Very personable and made me feel comfortable. Typically I hate car shopping and this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. He is truly an asset to your organization. And then I sat with Brenton for the financing part. Again, what a great experience. Paperwork was all complete and ready to go over. Very organized and professional. Also very personable.
