The struggle, the time, the search, the back and forth haggling. Ms. Jennifer Depasquale of Shults Resale Center of Dunkirk just gave me new hope for car shopping in the Future. She was absolutely amazing and professional from the get go. She texted after the inquiring, she followed up over the weekend to make sure my questions were answered and she confirmed the appointment on the day of. She had the truck ready for my when I walked in the door and made me feel like her only customer (which I wasn't, as our appointment went a few minutes longer) for the day. Her supporting case of Mr. Mike and Mr. Brenton we're there every step of the way. From Number's to Sign and Drive. I was in and out with a new truck in under 3 hours and only held up because the banks do not work on weekends. They literally made me feel safe with the COVID-19 situation and friendly to the point of bantering about NFL Football, Vacations spots and places to go when traveling (BOOOO - Mr. Mike, Buena Vista - San Francisco... Must GO). Then to continue the Professionalism, Ms. Jennifer actually drove back to our home to allow/help my Wife sign papers because we have a 4 month old and didn't want to take her with us with the COVID. From a Director of Global Sales for a major manufacturer of items for Custom Super and Mega Yachts (any boat over 110' up to 300+), Ms. Jennifer and the Team at Shultz are by far the best way to go and you'd be absurd not to invest the time to check them out on your next car shopping trip.
