This was my first experience at Shults and I am pleased to say it was GREAT! I made a call into Mark inquiring about a truck I saw on their website. The very next day he had it all cleaned up for me to tes to say it was GREAT! I made a call into Mark inquiring about a truck I saw on their website. The very next day he had it all cleaned up for me to test drive. When I arrived back from my test drive he had everything ready to go, with the trade in of my wrangler, my finances and the paper work for my new truck! Mark was so fun, very relatable and friendly. Mark understood it was sad for me to trade my Wrangler but he made buying a new truck so easy! Mark went the extra mile to set up an appointment for me to have automatic engine start installed in my new truck. I was emptying out my wrangler before I knew it and driving my new truck home all in ONE day! We made over an hour drive to look at this truck and Mark made sure the visit was worth our time! I can’t wait to stop in for my first free oil change and let him know how well I’m doing in my new truck! More

This is the third car I have bought from Shults Resale Center and I am happy with all the staff I came in contact with. Jennifer Depasquale was AMAZING! Not only did they help me get a vehicle but they helped me go over every little detail of the fees warranties etc… Jennifer took the time to show me how everything works in the vehicle and to make sure my me go over every little detail of the fees warranties etc… Jennifer took the time to show me how everything works in the vehicle and to make sure my Bluetooth was set up she stayed late just to help me and we left with the car that day!
