I recently called for an appointment to have services done on my 2001 Honda Accord. I spoke with Tom Urbina. I explained to Tom that I needed my 120,000 mile services and tire replacement done as soon as done on my 2001 Honda Accord. I spoke with Tom Urbina. I explained to Tom that I needed my 120,000 mile services and tire replacement done as soon as possible and to my surprise Tom told me there is no need for an appointment you can come in now if you like. Wow ! Other dealers I have called in town in the past always had to "fit me in" to their schedule.. Not only did Tom follow through with his no appointment needed promise, he offered me free shuttle service to work after my arrival,, called me on the progress of my vehicle repairs throughout the day and best of all completed the work earlier than promised !! I took my car to Showcase Honda for repairs after a minor accident. I was warned by a friend not to take my car to a dealer for service but I went anyway. There were no phone calls with add-ons or hidden costs, I would recommend Showcase Honda to anyone and I will go back to them for all of my future needs. More

The passenger side rear view mirror needed to be replaced (I may or may not have hit it when I was backing out of the garage, it wasn't covered under warranty, you do the math).
