Mr. Organ is a very thoughtful and compassionate person. Our tune ups and repairs are always done well and correct the first time around. The van's last tune up and repairs have it driving like new again; even at 116,000 miles. We love our van and love having Dan Organ and his mechanic as our service providers. Exceeded my expectations I recently had to bring my vehicle in for an oil change. That morning my battery died as well. I expected a huge quote for the service but was pleasantly surprised that I didn't have a huge bill and the service representative provided a good service overview of my vehicle. The service was great and I always leave Showcase feeling confident that my car is well cared for and I am getting value for the price I paid. I feel Showcase did right for me during this visit. I could call them or set up an appointment online whichever is most convenient for me. Actually, I receive reminder emails that I need service so they kept up with my vehicle's maintenance schedule for me. They also sent me email reminders of my approaching service appointment. This past week, I came in for my first oil change and the service was great. Thank you Service Advisor Yvette Pluschau for the great service. As for the actual service, the Showcase Honda Service department was great and serviced my car within the time that they estimated it would take. They also washed my car and did a quick vacuum as a courtesy and as additional customer service which I did not expect. Please keep it up! The added care will keep me coming back! In addition, when I bought my new 2014 Honda Accord in April from Showcase Honda, I had to go in to your Service department to get the Lane Departure Warning (LDW) camera fixed which they immediately fixed! My Sales Consultant, Mike Gibbs, also threw in an extra tank of gas due to the inconvenience especially since just barely buying the car. Thanks Mike for the Awesome Service! Again, thanks for the great service and I would highly recommend your service department and dealership when purchasing a new car!? More

We drove to Showcase, Yvette verified that a part had not yet been ordered and said she would. We dropped off our FIT later in the day and had made arrangements with Neo for a ride home that day and a ride from home to Showcase the next day. Sure enought - our car was ready by 1pm the next day and Neo showed up at our home right at 3:30 the agreed upon time. Both Yvette and Neo were exceptionally professional and businesslike. Yvetter know what she's doing and Neo is a safety-plus driver! More

As this was the first time I had service done since finally joining the Honda ownership world in March; the minimal amount of time that I was in the lobby area was much appreciated. I will of course be back to have some additional service done that isn't required but I'd like to have on the car and Daniel will be my advisor of record from this point moving forward.
