We had recently purchased a 2007 Honda Accord from Showcase Honda, our purchase was great. We love our Honda. We had only had is a short time when the battery failed. We spoke with Bob in the servic Showcase Honda, our purchase was great. We love our Honda. We had only had is a short time when the battery failed. We spoke with Bob in the service department, and he gave us a discounted rate on the battery since we had not had the vehicle for very long. The service department is fantastic, they are friendly and accommodating. Their new service area offered a comfortable place to sit with local and national news on very nice televisions,as well newspapers and coffee and nice selection of pastries. The best part about visiting Showcase Honda, is that they are fast! We got to Showcase at 7:20 am and left at 8:04 am, I made it to work on time that morning! Every time I have been to their service department it has been a wonderful experience, thanks to their outstanding customer service and fair pricing! Thank you More
This is long but if you read it you may save money and headache. In October 2009, SRS light was on and even though it was listed as a recall item on the Honda website, this dealer stated my problem was n headache. In October 2009, SRS light was on and even though it was listed as a recall item on the Honda website, this dealer stated my problem was not covered and would need to pay 600 dollars to have it fixed. They also managed to find 1800 dollars worth of items that needed to be replaced. I initially asked for replacement of belts and hoses along with addressing the SRS light. They assured me that my belts and hoses were fine but that I needed to do all the other repairs immediately. I had the work done. In April 2010, the same service department tells me that my belts and hoses are absolutely horrible and need to be replaced immediately. They had even given me a treatment plan at the previous visit that indicated that my hoses and belts were just fine. The service manager insists that if the tech says it, it's true and that I was probably told that they should be changed but chose not to have that service until later. I pointed out that the treatment plan clear shows which items had been recommended that I delayed and that item was the transmission flush. Now at this visit, I wanted to get one of their major service checks along with the automatic transmission flush because I am moving across the country and want to make sure everything is done. This time they have included the repair of the belts and hoses along with ball bearings and several other items to the to tune of another 1800 dollars. I called back to point out that the blades were not changed nor are the parts listed on the receipt for several other major service items in the 105,000 mile service. They didn't even wash the car. I believe if you pay attention to the small detail you will pay attention to the large detail. Now on my way across country my car makes this noise when I turn my wheel that I have never heard before. The wiper blades that were suppose to be part of that major service but were absolutely useless against the rains I encountered in Texas. When I complained to the service dept, the service dept asked me to bring the car back in and he would changed the blades and wash the car only but that the work was done. Fast forward to my new home in florida. It's July, I simply want an oil change prior to another trip this time to CT. The service dept shows me my transmission fluid and it is chocolate brown. I show him the receipt that indeed the transmission was just flushed in April and even with a cross country trip it shouldn't be needed again. We call the other dealer and this is where I lose all respect for the showcase honda service dept. Darren Gaines of Showcase Honda has me and the service dept at the Wesley Chapel Honda dealership on the phone with no intention of resolving this issue. Initially, he said that the way he would resolve this would be to bring the car back. He also said that the florida dealership was probably just trying to get more money from me, I would need to go to a 2nd dealership because he didn't believe them. (to be fair the Wesley Chapel dealership did not have a service manager available which aggravated this situation) We offered to send a phone picture of the transmission fluid but he would not accept it. He said that even though the receipt looked like a drain and fill, his dealership did the flush (based on his word alone) and that you can't go by the receipt. If you can't go by the receipt, what can you go buy to show what was done. He also said that since I used a coupon at my previous visit even if he did cover the charge the florida dealership would have to take a discount as well and if they didn't then I was out of luck. He insisted that I go to another dealership because he could not work out a deal with this one. How is the fact that you can't work out a deal between dealerships, the customer's problem. I thought surely one of these dealerships is going to do make this right. I called Honda.com to find a district manager for the service department and the case manager from Phoenix who was handling this case said I will let you vent about this situation but there are many variables here. There is nothing we can do with the individual dealerships. To me this was not about the money even though if you spend 3600 on a car, you expect the work to be done, this was about poor customer service. I go to the dealer because I expect superior car in comparison a shop on the corner. Showcase Honda made me rethink using a honda dealership for service as well as buying another honda 2nd to poor such customer service with not even an effective means to complain. I can still hear Mr Gaines explaining to be about how he has to watch out for his dealership and the florida dealership has to watch out for their dealership. I said what about the customer here. No one at showcase honda cared about the customer here. The Wesley Chapel dealership didn't go out their way to make the situation right either. The story ends with me paying another 169 dollars for a new transmission flush and new wiper blade inserts for about another total of 210 dollars. Both of which were just paid for at Showcase Honda less than 60 days prior. STAY AWAY FROM SHOWCASE HONDA. More

Sal Pignata is our hero! We had been hauling a U-Haul trailer with faulty lights behind our Honda Ridgeline from Monterey, CA to Phoenix AZ. We had gone nearly 3 days without sufficient sleep, and no on trailer with faulty lights behind our Honda Ridgeline from Monterey, CA to Phoenix AZ. We had gone nearly 3 days without sufficient sleep, and no one else had been able to help us. During our trip, we had one U-Haul technician come to try to unsuccessfully fix the issue, and we stopped three more times at different U-Haul facilities in the area to try to fix the problem. After being repeatedly told that the problem was with our vehicle, we looked up the safest, most direct route to your dealership. Although you dealership/service center was quite busy, Sal got us in right away and identified the problem as a blown fuse in a secondary fusebox that no one else had identified. He assured us that the problem was with the antiquated U-Haul trailer and not the truck, and after getting us stocked up with numerous replacement fuses, he sent us on our way in less than 15 minutes. He even graciously accepted a hug from a heat-stricken, exhausted, crazy-seeming me, and was nothing less than perfectly professional, helpful, and wonderful. I do not know who I should write to to request that this man be given a huge raise, but if someone could kindly direct me to the correct person, I would be most grateful. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Rosemary Howard More
I was extremely impressed by Jerry Mcleod, Assistant Service Manager. I went in for an oil change and he showed me other urgent issues that needed to be repaired on my car. He put them in order on my re Service Manager. I went in for an oil change and he showed me other urgent issues that needed to be repaired on my car. He put them in order on my receipt in order of importance. I did not have the funds available now but when I do I will be back to have my car serviced from Jerry. I felt like I found a home for my CRV to be kept in good working order. Jerry took me out to the sercie bay to look at my CRV. Between Jerry and the mechanic, they both explained and showed me all that was wrong with my CRV. I also spoke with a very friendly and helpful young man in the parts department. I can't remember his name. But please thank him for all his help looking up the two missing parts on my CRV (#6 & 12 on the outside of the roof and two covers to areas on the inside of the roof in the rear of my CRV. When I have more money I plan on coming back and buying the 5 wheel locks from him. I bought my last three cars from the same Nissan Dealer because I had a great service writer. Originally, the dealership was 2 minutes from my home in Mesa. I moved to Phoenix and needed a bigger car so I bought this CRV from them but their dealership moved even further way (Gilbert Rd and Santan Fwy). But because my CRV was a Honda it had to stay in the dealership for a day everytime it was serviced, while waiting tor parts. So, I decided to try Showcase Honda, 5 miles from my home. I am so gld I did. On a side note, the lobby was inviting, clean, and everyone was friendly and helpful. The fresh popcorn, cookies, and donuts were great and so was the free coffee. Please thank Jerry Mcleod, my mechanic who worked on my car, and the other young man, at the parts desk, for all their help. They not only talk the talk, they walk the talk as well. It was nice not to just get lip service. It was truly refreshing to see people who know what they are doing. More

I needed new tires for my 09 Odyssey. Jerry went out of his way to be comptetive with all the other offers I received. He matched my low offer and I felt it would be better to have dealer install the tire his way to be comptetive with all the other offers I received. He matched my low offer and I felt it would be better to have dealer install the tires since I wanted an alignment as well. Some of the tire stores did not do this work. I got in this morning around 8am and was out by 10am. This was extremely better than other places I have been to buy tires and the reception area is very comfortable. More
Attitude was completely helpful and supportive. I went in for an oil change and was reminded that the car needed a 75 thousand mile checkup. I also bought four new tires, as mine needed replacing, with 6 in for an oil change and was reminded that the car needed a 75 thousand mile checkup. I also bought four new tires, as mine needed replacing, with 60 thousand miles on them. The price was right, considerably less than even two months ago for the same make and model. Two rods needed replacing, as one was leaking and the other was cracked. That piece was covered by an extended warranty. Also needed a Hepa filter for the aircon, and it seemed reasonable to get it all done at once. So, I had complete information about what was best for the car, and price information was given upfront. I had arrived late in the afternoon, but because some of the work was covered by warranty, they arranged for a rental car. Everything was very smooth, and I got my car back the next day. I had neglected to mention two minor items and Jerry McLeod took care of them as I was picking the car up. I really appreciate his attitude and the collective friendliness and sincerity of the staff. I have always gone to Showcase for servicing of the car, and will continue to do so. This is important to me, because as a teacher whose earnings have been frozen for two years in a row, and possibly will be even decreased this year, I have made the decision to hold onto this particular car for a couple of years longer. I have liked it from the first day, and it originally came from Showcase Honda. More

I call this pr I purchased a brand new Honda Accord in July 2006. Since that time I have not had any problems due to regular maintenance service. I call this preventive maintenance. I personally would suggest this rather than waiting to have problems on the road unexpectedly. Showcase Honda is excellent in keeping track of my automobile needs and by honestly suggesting whatever might be a problem or due to be a problem in the near future. Everyone at Showcase Honda is extremely friendly, pleasant, courteous and helpful. I must in all honesty single out Jerry McLeod whom I always contact prior to my visit. He is extremely professional and explains in detail to me the work needed at each service appointment. I highly recommend, as I have to many, Showcase Honda whether it be purchasing a car or service.
