Frustrating Lack of Transparency & Unnecessary High Cost The cost for service was simply way more than any other place we shopped for the exact same replacement of a part & the labor associated with it. I felt disappointed and frustrated that I was told this was a "large job" that would take them two days to somehow complete, but the place I went to was able to do the entire replacement for half the cost, the same result, and within a 1 hour time span. More

Service Department lacks the necessary skills I bought a van there and negotiated the towing package as part of the price. They installed it, but it didn't work. I brought it back and they claim I bought a van there and negotiated the towing package as part of the price. They installed it, but it didn't work. I brought it back and they claimed it worked, but it did not. They also ruined the trim inside the car brought the seat belt our of the wrong spot when they tried to troubleshoot it. The service center claimed it was not them. Since they were the only ones to work on my car since I bought it, the only other option is that it came that way and I never noticed it. I doubt that. I brought it to another mechanic to look at it and found out they forgot to put the fuses into the car when they installed the towing package. They had issues and kept calling me to tell me that they where purchased and there was a new service department. I guess they may have made it worse instead of better. I will not be going back there for anything. More

Poor customer loyalty Bought 3 cars from this dealership. My daughter recently used there service department for what I thought would be a road hazard tire repair on her Ho Bought 3 cars from this dealership. My daughter recently used there service department for what I thought would be a road hazard tire repair on her Honda. No discount offered . She. Was sold a new tire at full retail and referred to discount tire as a better choice for tire repair support. Her car is a new Honda purchased 11 months ago from this dealership. Complained to manager only to be told nothing could be done. No customer loyalty or support shown for returning customer. More
Great service for out-of-towners We were visiting the Southwest this summer while on vacation from the east coast and the check engine light came on in our Odyssey van. We found Showc We were visiting the Southwest this summer while on vacation from the east coast and the check engine light came on in our Odyssey van. We found Showcase Honda by doing an internet search at 10:00 p.m. when we arrived in Phoenix and made an appointment online for 7:00 the following morning. The service department was able to diagnose the problems and obtain the parts quickly. As a courtesy, two mechanics worked on the van at one time to fix each of the problems in order to get us back on the road sooner to continue our vacation. We were charged what we feel was a comparable amount to what we would have paid in our hometown for the same repairs. Our fear was that we would pay a premium cost because we were 2000 miles from home and had no options, but Showcase Honda was very fair in their dealings with us. We feel that they went above and beyond in their courtesy and service. Thanks to all the team for helping us get back on the road for our coast-to-coast family vacation!! More
