First scheduled service My appointment was set up immediately for my first service appointment and was greeted immediately upon arrival. Helped me in a pinch I was visiting in Phoenix (from Los Angeles) and my battery started malfunctioning. I remembered Showcase Honda because that's where we bought my dau I was visiting in Phoenix (from Los Angeles) and my battery started malfunctioning. I remembered Showcase Honda because that's where we bought my daughter her first new Honda about 12 years ago. Victor (in Service) understood my predicament. I got an appointment within 2 hours of my calling. I had misunderstood the Honda battery warranty and he was very patient and professional in explaining it to me. Even called my Honda dealer in LA to get the particulars on my car. The service was performed within one hour and I even got a car wash. The price for the battery and service was fair. I really appreciate Victor accommodating me at short notice and working with me to keep my a happy Honda customer. More
