Don’t ever trust your car there. My car was running good. It’s only three years old. All I had done was an oil change. They caused a leak after doing the oil change which I had to take it back and they sprayed underneath my car and now I have a sensor that went out because they sprayed it and it’s costing me $400 and they’re refusing to take responsibility for trying to make up all kinds of excuses.

I called Showcase Honda on 8/15/22 at 2:02 PM. Transferred to Sean Hoopes’ desk phone, but no answer. Left a message for a call back providing my name, number and why I was calling. As of 8/16/22 at 1:10 PM, no call back. Apparently not very important to discuss my issue or he wasn’t expecting me to actually call back. ****UPDATE: I received a return call from Sean Hoopes. We discussed the issues my daughter and I had and concluded processes could be improved to help future service department customers.
