I decided to use this dealer after an excelent phone experience with Jerry who answered the phone promptly and also my questions. Jerry greeted me almost before the car stopped. Even though I was 20 min. late for my appointment, the car was immediatly washed and taken to the service bay where work began. I expected an all day wait, but the car was ready in 2-1/2 hours. Showcase Honda, Jerry McLeod in particular, has always been prompt and professional. There was always a ride to work or where ever. If the service was longer, there was a free rental available. They were very quick to help us, the service job took less time than expected and while we were waiting, a consultant showed some interest in whether we were helped sufficiently. The price for the service job was much cheaper than another dealer and the waiting area was rather nice and helped make the time go by faster. I will keep them in mind for future service jobs, possibly sales too, and recommend them to anyone. More
