I personally would suggest this rather than waiting to have problems on the road unexpectedly. Showcase Honda is excellent in keeping track of my automobile needs and by honestly suggesting whatever might be a problem or due to be a problem in the near future. Everyone at Showcase Honda is extremely friendly, pleasant, courteous and helpful. I must in all honesty single out Jerry McLeod whom I always contact prior to my visit. He is extremely professional and explains in detail to me the work needed at each service appointment. I highly recommend, as I have to many, Showcase Honda whether it be purchasing a car or service. Although I was not financing the purchase, I had to spend an inordinate amount of time with a finance person to complete the paperwork for the purchase. I was presented with various highly overpriced options, e.g. extended warranty, nitrogen-filled tires, etc. Although I decided on purchasing an extended warranty, it was at a much lesser price than first quoted. This portion of the total experience felt like the more or less unpleasent car-buying experiences I had previously. More

I own a 1999 Honda CRV and it is important to me that the car be reliable. I never hesitate to pay for whatever is required to keep the car reliable; however, I only want to pay for the service that is actua car be reliable. Therefore I must be able to completely trust my dealer and Service Agent. I ONLY have my Honda serviced at Showcase Honda because they have proven worthy of my trust. The saleman did not try to talk me into anything once I told him that I was not interested in it i.e. leasing. The Service Dept needed to redo my back window tint since it had bubbles in it. They were friendly and fast, too. I am especially impressed that Showcase Honda invites new car owners to dinner and makes the event informative and fun. Employees from various departments talked with us expressed their commnittment to great customer service and gave us useful information about our vehicle and products and services. They make sure that all of our questions were answered and that we know how to care for our vehicles. Rita Welch told us that we can always talk to her if we have any questions or concerns. She is very friendly, personalble and seems to really enjoy working with the customers. More
I brought my 2007 element for a Safety Recall and was told it would take 2 hours to provide the service. 1 hour and 40 minutes later my car had been washed and was ready to go. I have had issues with my starter and starter relay for quite some time with Bell Road Honda, Every time I would take to Bell Honda, they would inform me that Honda Starters never go bad. After many argume quite some time with Bell Road Honda, Every time I would take to Bell Honda, they would inform me that Honda Starters never go bad. After many arguments with there service manager, they finally tested my starter and found out that I did have a bad starter. In just a few short months, my starter went out again. This time I found Thomas, at Showcase. I explained the situation, and he said let me have my crew take a look. The starter was bad again. Now here is the part that has pushed me over the edge. When Bell Honda put in a starter they charged me for a new starter and what was put in was a refurbished starter. Tom ordered me a new starter and fixed that problem. Since that time I have been having problems with my starter relays. Instead of giving me the run around Tom once again, stated he would have the mechanics look at that and would fix and replace. I also use to get my oil changed at Jiffy Lube. Yet during my visit to Showcase Honda to get my belts replaced, Tom informed me that Jiffy Lube cross threaded the bolt to the oil pan and that the pan is ruined. Every situation that I have dealt with Tom for my vehicle he has fixed and made right. I work with the public just like Tom does, and I know how frustrating customers can be. Tom has always had great patients in working with me and fixing the problems, instead of just giving me excuses. You have a great employee working for you, I just thought you should know.
