When we were doing all the paperwork, we had a time crunch and the finance person was very accommodating to get the paperwork done on a timely manner. My experience with showcase Honda was excellent. He was so courteous and professional me and my mother couldn't help but want to buy a car from him. I am a car salesman for Ford but I am a huge Honda fan because of the durability and value of their product. Showcase Honda also has one of the cleanest and well kept dealerships I've ever been to. SERVICE DEPT, RUDE,NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR PEOPLE SKILLS!!! This the second time will had to deal with this service advisor and both times he did not give us good customer service. I CALLED HIM TO G SKILLS!!! This the second time will had to deal with this service advisor and both times he did not give us good customer service. I CALLED HIM TO GIVE HIM MY ACCOUNT # FOR MY WARRANTY ON MY VEHICLE. HE MADE FALSE CLAIM THAT SOMEONE ELSE HAD DAMAGE THE BATTERY AND SAID MY WARRANTY WOULD NOT COVER IT. The service advisor is a ripe off!!!! More

I had a not so great experience with another Honda dealership so a friend referred me to Deneen at Showcase Honda. I called and let Deneen know what kind of car I was looking to buy and what kind pri dealership so a friend referred me to Deneen at Showcase Honda. I called and let Deneen know what kind of car I was looking to buy and what kind price I was willing to pay. Deneen got back to me quickly with some options. We spent a few days going back and forth discussing vehicle options and numbers. Deneen kept in contact with me but did not pressure me at all. By the end of the week we came to a deal and I ended up with the EXACT car I wanted (which included some extras) at the best price I could have imagined. This was the best and easiest car buying experience ever. I feel absolutely and totally pleased with my entire experience with Deneen and Showcase Honda. Would recommend to anyone!!! More
