They were very quick to help us, the service job took less time than expected and while we were waiting, a consultant showed some interest in whether we were helped sufficiently. The price for the servi less time than expected and while we were waiting, a consultant showed some interest in whether we were helped sufficiently. The price for the service job was much cheaper than another dealer and the waiting area was rather nice and helped make the time go by faster. I will keep them in mind for future service jobs, possibly sales too, and recommend them to anyone. More
DO NOT GO HERE I am a college student attending Arizona DO NOT GO HERE I am a college student attending Arizona State my mom decided on buying me a car when we got to Arizona instead of buying one in Calif DO NOT GO HERE I am a college student attending Arizona State my mom decided on buying me a car when we got to Arizona instead of buying one in California and driving it out. This was a terrible mistake because we ended up at Showcase Honda. This place is disgusting full of liers for what they call salesman. I don't expect much from salesman because I know how they are, but this puts a whole new level on my preception of salesman. The guy who sold me my car had no clue what he was talking about and would make up lies as he saw fit to keep me interested. As well as the rest of the Showcase honda team working together to play ever customer in tricking them into buying a car from them. If i was the Executive Manager here I would be ashamed about the way my business is ran as well should Honda be ashmed for allowing a dealership like this use their name. This place is full of liers and scammers, it makes me sick that I gave them my business. So if you read this PLEASE PLEASE trust me and dont waste your time going to Showcase honda. More
We visited Supersition Springs Honda and test drove four cars, the sales person referred us to the finance person who spent more time bashing other dealers than trying to get us to purchase a vehicle. We s cars, the sales person referred us to the finance person who spent more time bashing other dealers than trying to get us to purchase a vehicle. We saw Showcase Honda's ad on-line and called and were referred to Julian Grubbs, internet manager. Julian answered all of our questions, he spent the time to find out exactly what car and options we were interested in. I received an email from Julian stating what colors were available with the options listed as well as a detailed break down as to the base cost of the car and all options. We visited the dealership and Julian met us at the agreed upon time and had Liam assist us as he was with a customer. Liam and Julian are the nicest sales people I have every dealt with. The cars that were promised were available and the cost was exactly what Julian had told us. Liam went over everything about the car and then took us over to the finance department. I have read the other reviews and all I can say is these people must not have been prepared. Financing was a breeze no presure and our fiance person (Amir) was so low key and friendly. I have previously purchased a Honda from Bell Honda and I have to say Showcase has the nicest staff and I would recommend them highly. More
This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. The difference between them and a good respectable dealership is night and day. I know this because I purchased two vehicles within a months time period difference between them and a good respectable dealership is night and day. I know this because I purchased two vehicles within a months time period and each vehicle was from a different dealership with one being from Showcase Honda. I have never in my 26 years of life dealt with a group of people that lied so well. I walked into the dealership to buy the car after driving 2 hours to get there. I see that the car's condition is not what they told me it was on the phone so that there should have been a sign to me that there would only be more lies to follow. Despite the issues with the car I was able to negotiate for them to fix the problems. Now the fun begins. I have the car picked up and delivered to me in Texas. The loan paperwork was suppose to be sent to my fiance that in itself took 3 weeks lots of phone calls wasted time and finally finally after contacting Honda Financial Services they were able to get things moving. I found it funny they delivered me the car without even completing the loan. Keep in mind during this time I am going through everyone I talked to all the way up to the General Managers assistant who was suppose to be handling any customer service issues. Yeah needless to say I understand now why the customer service sucks at the lower level it is because it is like that all the way up to the top of the food chain there. I am still dealing with issues with them and you can bet I am complaining to the BBB, because I have yet to be able to obtain my state registration sticker because Honda Financial Services says they have yet to receive the title from Showcase and the Arizona DMV and this has been going on since mid June! Yes it is going on 2 months now. So please if you are looking for a new car or a used do no I repeat do not go to Showcase. I wish I read the reviews that I have seen about how negative they are. Apparently, their reviews are negative everywhere when I do a search for them. More
Worked with the Fleet internet salesman over email prior to going in for an appointment. There were 2 specific cars I was looking at. I had my application in and preapproved for a specific amount prior to to going in for an appointment. There were 2 specific cars I was looking at. I had my application in and preapproved for a specific amount prior to going in on a Saturday. I worked with a salesman on the price of car and payment amounts from about 10 am to 11 am. I was then sent to finance who screwed me over. They wasted my time for about another 2 hours and change the payment arrangement for $200.0 more a month and then turned into complete AH's when I would not agree to there terms. When I was working with the salesman I had given him $200.00 as a down payment. When I ask the finance guy for my money back he told me he would have to look into it because I did not give it to him. It has been 4 days and I have no car, no one is returning my calls and I never got my $200 back. As soon as I can find a ride I will go back to the dealer to harass them for my money. Do not trust anyone at this dealership they all lie. More
EMPTY PROMISES ! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE!!! EMPTY PROMISES ! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE!!! I don't even know where to begin! I traded in my car on march 29th today is May 5th and my t EMPTY PROMISES ! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE!!! I don't even know where to begin! I traded in my car on march 29th today is May 5th and my trade in STILL has not been paid off!!!! They expect me to make my payment on my trade in and the new car payment and fact of the matter is it's MY credit at stake so they don't CARE! My sells guy Greg Rojas was GREAT very informative, not pushy. HOWEVER the finance people need to GET WITH IT! I've had to go back and forth to the dealership NUMEROUS times and re-sign paperwork 3 TIMES because they forgot to add this and the payoff quote wasn't right and BLAH BLAH BLAH!!! I also only had the valet key to my car and they EXPECTED me to pay for the new keys that needed to be made! I was totally taken back, have you EVER bought a car that DID NOT include keys!? What sense does that make!? I sat in that dealership for seven and a half hours for the original deal, just to find out that I had to go back and re-sign because the interest rate went up which made my payments go up, and then they called and said that the payoff quote was not accurate (which they called and received) and asked me how I wanted to pay by check or credit card for the remaining amount AKA THEIR MISTAKE! I was furious when the new paperwork needed to be signed, and everything was TODAY TODAY TODAY to them and when I needed my keys, windows tinted, paint chips touched up etc it was all one step at a time, I BARELY RECEIVED MY KEYS THIS PAST FRIDAY! Oh and that's because the guy who did my work up order when I agreed to purchase the car with the understanding that these items would be taken care of QUIT the next week so they had NO work order! I honestly do not know how they stay in business! Very POOR management! I feel for the sells people because you are what your management is, and if your management SUCKS then unfortunately it falls back on you! Poorly RAN and very UNORGANIZED I cannot express how big of a headache this has been, and continuing on now that I have a late payment on my credit because these people could not get their ACT together! If the employees were wise they would seek EMPLOYMENT ELSEWHERE!! They will never make money on this dealerships reputation!! More
RICK GOODMAN. I hate this guy. Really pushy guy and kept RICK GOODMAN. I hate this guy. Really pushy guy and kept calling and calling, so I finally made an appointment with this guy. I already got the RICK GOODMAN. I hate this guy. Really pushy guy and kept calling and calling, so I finally made an appointment with this guy. I already got the quote OTD that I wanted. I arrive on time and got the runaround. I guess I was not very important to the guy since I already got my quote. He sends me to an office and waited 35 minutes with no help. I finally just left. Appointments to this guy means nothing. He again keeps calling and calling to see if I have purchased a car yet. Sent more emails. I finally email him back because, he says he wants to get me the best deal. I asked for his best offer. He quotes me $29,300. Funny thing is a got a quote for $28,448 the week earlier. What a JOKE. I even sent the email with the lower quote, and finally he has not called or emailed back because I caught him in a lie. I finally realize Showcase really does not care about customer service. Do not deal with RICK GOODMAN, this guy is shady as they get. I still have the emails if anyone wants to see them. More
They sold me a warranty that I did not need and I paid $1060.00 out of my own pocket August 2008 and in the month of September 2008 the warranty company sent me a letter stating I did not get the warranty $1060.00 out of my own pocket August 2008 and in the month of September 2008 the warranty company sent me a letter stating I did not get the warranty because the Finance saleperson Chris did the paperwork wrong. I contacted Showcase Honda several times and I was told the check was in the mail. I finally was told by the Finance Manager that the check was mailed to the bank (Huntington Bank). This was my money out of my pocket. Be real careful because these thieves will say whatever just to get you in the a automoblie and treat you like a crap after the deal is done. They never returned my calls and lied to me. The saddest thing I was down the street from SanTan Honda and they had the car that I really wanted but I referred to Slum Showcase Honda. More
Sales guy (Chris) was great. Finance guy was horrible. He told my girlfriend she needed GAP insurance in case she got knocked up. I don't understand how that is professionally okay, nor how it relates to He told my girlfriend she needed GAP insurance in case she got knocked up. I don't understand how that is professionally okay, nor how it relates to GAP insurance. He spent an hour talking about their service plans after I repeatedly told him I was not interested. Finally I told him to do his job and let us fill out the financial paperwork and he very aggressively responded with, "We're going to KEEP talking about the service plans." He kept trying to change the terms of the loan without asking. He said none of the banks would finance the car unless we purchased a service plan. (I don't think adding $4,000 to the loan amount will satisfy the banks dude.) We arrived at 2PM and at 11:30PM, I walked out. They weren't trying to sell me a car. They were playing games. I went in with a budget, I stuck to my budget, and because I would not bend from my budget for their service plans, they refused to let me purchase the vehicle. NO SERVICE PLAN!! NO SERVICE PLAN!! OMG NO EFFN SERVICE PLAN!!! More
They had four Honda Odyssey's advertised on Auto Trader. I called twice to confirm they were in stock and also that the price listed was the final price with no additional fees, which they assured me of. Wh I called twice to confirm they were in stock and also that the price listed was the final price with no additional fees, which they assured me of. When I arrived from out of state, they only had one of the Odyssey's listed in stock. Additionally, they had failed to inform me that I had to pay 2.7% local tax or pay to have the vehicle shipped and that that there was a 395 dollar documentation fee. Unfortunately, I continued and bought an Odyssey from them. The service I received after the sale has been equally bad, with continued dishonesty and unreturned calls. The out of stock Odyssey's are still on Auto Trader and their website 2 1/2 weeks later. More
