Ron found a car at Showcase Honda that her really liked so he called Showcase Honda gave them the stock number and the information on the car. He was asked how much he wanted to pay we told him our price. so he called Showcase Honda gave them the stock number and the information on the car. He was asked how much he wanted to pay we told him our price. The next day Ron and I went to the dealership and was meet with the sales man that we had talked to the prior day. The sales man was busy with another customer and passed on to another salesman. We did not mind being passed on to the next sales man but then we were passed on again to another sales person. So we were told by the last sales man to go out side and they will bring the car up. We waited ten minutes and I was getting upset I had a special needs child with me and could not stand outside with the heat. While standing there Peter C Dammar took a notice that were left hanging in the wind. He got up from his desk and asked what we needed. We told him and was really getting happy dealing with Peter. He went above and beyond the call of duty, he made sure he stuck to his work, he faced us when no other salesman would after a different price was offered we were leaving and Peter is the one who came out and spoke to us about what was going on. He explained that the previous salesmen did not tell him any history with our call the previous day, the price the agreed to or any information that could of helped Peter understanding our needs. He explained how everything was explained to him and said I am sorry I am not aware of any problems but give me a moment and we will find out. He came back out explained everything and really made us comfortable to come back in to the showroom and discuss the sale of the vehicle. If it was not for Peter C Dammar we would not of purchased the car and we would of left unhappy customers but since he took the time, energy and concern to help us out he has given a breath of fresh air when purchasing a car so much so that I went to facebook and made a comment on the awesome service Peter gave us. I was jealous that I did not get this awesome salesman when I purchased my vehicle. I will keep this experience in mind so when I am ready for buying a car I know exactly where to go and to who I want to speak to, Peter the great salesman. By far the worst service Iv ever had. Iv purchased my last two cars from them in the past and when I was in there yesterday looking for a car in my price range they kept pushing me to look at others out last two cars from them in the past and when I was in there yesterday looking for a car in my price range they kept pushing me to look at others out of my range. After they seen that numbers would not work out for me they had me look at the IS300 numbers seemed to work out so I was looking to buy it, When there finance guy kept pushing the warranty on me he talked me out of buying the IS300 due to the age and mileage so I told him ill just come back on the weekend to talk about a newer car purchase. The sales manager tried to lower the price on the IS300 to make me still wanted it. After I declined the offer he said “thanks for wasting 4 hours of my time” I can not believe there sales manager would be so unprofessional especially to some one that has purchased 2 cars from them in the past. I just bought a used Odyssey this past weekend at Showcase and had a great experience! My fiance and I spent the entire weekend going from dealership to dealership trying to find the best deal and the most comfortable vehicle possible, which unfortunately meant we had to deal with some very awful sales people! Michael and Sean however, were wonderful to work with! They both were happy to explain everything to us and gave us the best deal they could. Wes absolutely couldn't have been more willing to help and been more of a pleasure to work with! And last but certainly not least, Alex (in finance) was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and worked very hard to make sure my loan process was as easy as possible. This is my 6th Honda purchase from my 4th Honda dealership in the valley, and I will definitely go back to Showcase for my next Honda! More
Once you make a car purchase you can forget about getting any customer service, they suck! They completely blow you off, don't follow thru with what they promised. I have owned Hondas all of my life. This is the second I have purchased from Showcase Honda. I will be buying all future Hondas from this dealership. Steve Marion made such an impression on me with my first Showcase purchase that there was no question of my returning there for my recent purchase of a 2012 Civic. The friendliness, service, and respect I have experienced at this dealership blow all others away. Steve has moved up to new car sales manager since my last visit, so he brought in Eric Carter to assist me. Eric is an amazing and genuine person; he makes you feel like an instant "old friend". Steve and Eric are not the typical sneaky car salesmen. They get you what you want, at an amazing deal, and QUICK! Steve did the bulk of my past two purchases over email, so that I did not have to sit in a dealership all day. That is huge for me! There are 2 Honda dealerships much closer to me, but I make the drive to Showcase, even for oil changes and other maintenance. If you want to buy a Honda, and you want to be treated like an actual person, don't waste your time anywhere else. Go directly to Showcase! I have come to trust the name and the brand of Honda over my life, and now I have a dealer with a great staff that I can trust just as much as the cars that I love. :) More

This is our 7th Honda. I bedlieve the quality of the exterior paint is the best I've seen on any car. I would also say the fit of all doors, hood, trunk, is the tightest of any car I've owned.
