We dropped off our FIT later in the day and had made arrangements with Neo for a ride home that day and a ride from home to Showcase the next day. Sure enought - our car was ready by 1pm the next day and Neo showed up at our home right at 3:30 the agreed upon time. Both Yvette and Neo were exceptionally professional and businesslike.
