I am completely satisfied with the customer service at Showcase Honda. Every person that I encountered was incredibly helpful and polite to our family. We came from Arrowhead Honda where they tried to ba Showcase Honda. Every person that I encountered was incredibly helpful and polite to our family. We came from Arrowhead Honda where they tried to bait and switch us; I was very upset leaving that dealership and quite frankly did not want to visit another dealership that day. My husband notified me that SCH had exactly what I wanted and at a good price. Our sales associate Colby T. was thorough and did a great job fulfilling our request, his peer Colin was very helpful with the paperwork, AJ Ochoa was very friendly and helpful with the delivery of our vehicle and Dan Jensen at closing was very informative with our purchase. Forgive me, I cannot remember the name of our service technician, but he was also very helpful with showing us how to operate various components of our new car. It was all under the great supervision of their manager Mr. Balducci that I drove away HAPPY and the car buying process was quick and seamless. I WILL recommend anyone looking for a new car to purchase from Showcase Honda. THANK YOU!!!! I can't believe I am writing this (because I never ever, ever thought in a million year I would ever drive a mini van), but I LOVE my new Honda Odyssey! More
On January 12, 2013 I had approximately $900.00 of work done on my Honda CRV. Dereck Smith my Service Advisor did an outstanding job of explaining the problem and suggesting the type of work that needed to done on my Honda CRV. Dereck Smith my Service Advisor did an outstanding job of explaining the problem and suggesting the type of work that needed to be done. I found him to be intelligent, articulate and knowledgeable. I have no hesitation in classifying him as a professional in his field. I would also like to express my appreciation to the mechanic, Mr. Bedros Touresian. This is not the first time he has done major work on my car and I continue to be pleased with the results. He always gives me the confidence of knowing that the work will be done correctly the first time. Showcase Honda is extremely fortunate to have him as a member of their team. George Klock More
As soon as I started walking around the new cars I was greeted in a most friendly manner by salesman Bryan Dillon. He listened carefully and attentively to my desires for a new car. He showed me several greeted in a most friendly manner by salesman Bryan Dillon. He listened carefully and attentively to my desires for a new car. He showed me several, but then honed in on one that was exactly what I wanted. In talking about pricing and add-on items, there was no pressure, just the facts presented in a very professional manner. The price for my trade in was discussed, and again we came up with a very fine price. Although he did check with the finance department, in this case "Trey" there were no efforts to change the price agreed to - they both worked together as a team to get me the best deal which included finding the best interest rate for my loan (lower than my savings and loan), I was always treated with the utmost courtesy and respect. I cannot rate this dealership any higher, they were perfect. They made my car buying experience a pleasure. Fr. Bob Skagen More
I would like to highlight my worst experience during the trade-in for my car at Showcase Honda. First of all the Internet Manager Peter was very misleading in sharing the information. I checked with him for trade-in for my car at Showcase Honda. First of all the Internet Manager Peter was very misleading in sharing the information. I checked with him for the availablity before visiting the dealership. When I reached there I was shown only one vehicle and the sales agent was nice to share the details. But my biggest disspointment happened when the Person named Matt Loussa came for the talk. This person is full of attitude and immediately started lecturing me that I am being misguided by other delares during my previous visits(specially their own Belll Honda at Bell Road). He started blamming the sales agent at Bell Honda that he is lying and giving wrong information. He also mentioned that he is in Business for 10-12 yrs and whatever he is saying is correct and I am totally wrong. This person was very very Rude and wasted my 2 hrs. I would request everyone visiting Showcase Honda to please stay away from this person or be ready to listen to his crap. I would definitely talk to all my friends to stay away from this dealrship in future. More
I can't even begin to tell you how pleased I am with my buying experience through Showcase Honda. They were tripping over themselves to provide the best possible service from the minute I contacted them on buying experience through Showcase Honda. They were tripping over themselves to provide the best possible service from the minute I contacted them online to the moment I drove out of their lot with my new 2013 Honda CR-V. I was very apprehensive about working with a car dealership because I am a woman and know nothing about cars (when it comes to under the hood stuff). I was paired with Brandy, who couldn't have been more straightforward, honest and easy to work with. I was also pleased with the finance team. I have had other experiences where they try to sell you things you don't want/need or they try to "slip in" costs and hope you won't notice. No shenanigans at this dealership. Very honest and clearly wanted to make sure I was happy with not only my purchase but also the buying experience. Sorry if I sound overzealous in my review, but I'm just so pleased that no one tried to mess with me and just sold me a car at a fair price. It's the little things. :) More
where to begin? my husband and i traded in two cars for two new cars. while we worked with a very personable young lady, we did not recieve the best care or customer experience from the get go. we made our two new cars. while we worked with a very personable young lady, we did not recieve the best care or customer experience from the get go. we made our purchase on October 19th 2012, went home with a car that was being told to be new that had many issues with it- burns in the drivers seat, torn back seat, ware and tare inside and out with over 1000 miles on it. and the other brand new car needed a few repairs as well. the back door had a plastic triangle window attachment that needed adjusted, we were missing a spare tire tool kit and the dealer key card with the radio code and key code in case in need of replacement. needless to say just from this, this is a bad experience righT? it goes on.... oct 25th we traded out the beat up used but told new honda for a new new honda with 22 miles on it and actually was new. but this car also had the same defect as my husbands back window with the plastic triangle treatment. this trip in we also had to re sign a new contract(signing number two) today we also put in the service order to have the tool kit purchased for his car in case we ever had a flat tire. this same day as we drove home ( 50 miles from the dealership ) we get home and realize as the dealership transfered my personal effects from the used honda to the new they didnt provide me with the garage door opener and or the reg. insurance paperwork. at this time that was my only way into the home that evening. we had to wait three hours till we were able to get in to the house( we have two little girls whom are two and three years old) Oct 31st, i was on my way from work to the dealership to make a quick stop to have the back door repaired quoted time to repair maybe thirty minutes, and to pick up the tool kit for the spare tire. as i entered the hwy, i had a flat tire. i called the dealership, was instructed to drive on the flat to exit the hwy, pulled over, was given a service number to call for assistance. the service was not placed into my name as of yet and they refused me service, the dealership then had to call in to get me service, after three service profiders inspected the flat tire, i was told the flat tire was due to a fualty tube and the spare tire would not fit on the car that i was unable to drive on it. the dealer then sent my car sales person to me, we called a flat bed tow truck to come and get the car. towed it to the dealership and was given a loaner for the night and told the car would be ready tomorrow , they would meet me for exchange and the spare tire will be corrected. i missed out on halloween with my girls! i was dissatisfied with all services from start to finish, do you like to get yelled at in a situation like this? i didnt!!!! Nov 5th the trade actually took place. they replaced the tire, told me they provided me the right lug nuts for the spare and provided me the tool kit and fixed the back door plastic peice, but they had lost my keys, all my keys but the car key to this car for pick up. so my house key, work key, mailbox key and our other car key (the new one) missing, just gone. as i get home we realize they didnt give us the lug nuts. they now have the second new car of ours to repair the back door plastic peice, also quote a short time frame of maybe 24 hours needed. my car was returned to me finally on the 8th of nov. to my home, where they also brought us the lug nuts for the other car. still no keys found and nothing of replacements. Also they sent the financial director and my sales person to do the drop off due to their error in submitting incorrect mondel numbers on the trades our loans were actually lower. this would mean a third signing!!!!!! in the mist of all this happening you can imagine how many times i have had to call in and speak to several different persons to be given the proper information and the proper direction , cuase the question i ask maynot be that persons department. i was directed to speak to the customer relations manager: Rita Welch whom had a few breif calls with me and a promise of complete satisfaction and to extend or possibly pay our first payment on both cars. after this conversation , she fanished, has yet to return any of my messages or emails. i was then passed on to Todd Long, the dealership manager whom has spoken to me twice and also left me hanging without a returned call to confirm what he was working on to resolve everything. we recieved a car payment due letter on one of the trade in's. no longer our car and we are being asked to pay it???? today is nov 14th 2012, still no resolution. still no answer from Todd on my first payment due date or the keys to the cars or if the payoff to the trade in's have been taken care of! this has been the worst experience ever when dealing with a car dealership!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! just thought others should hear about my situation and you know this is too much to make up! i just hope that i get my cars and this situation taken care of before any credit issues take place! ill keep you updated. thank you for hearing me out and good luck at finding a new car, at any other dealership that Showcase Honda 1333 e camelback road in phoenix,az!!!! my advise, hope you listen. Extremely bad experience with a used car. This is how car dealers/used car dealers got such a bad reputation because of dealers like this. All kinds of hidden add-ons on top of the so called listed pric car dealers/used car dealers got such a bad reputation because of dealers like this. All kinds of hidden add-ons on top of the so called listed price. Beware when you go to sign the papers as many more fees and add-ons will be listed there. They are not honest about any step in the process and will mislead the unsuspecting buying into paying way more thatn a car is worth and paying for service contracts. BEWARE! More
Was sold a car... turns out i take it to the dealer nearby to get it checkout and i was told by the technician the car has been in a accident. I called and spoke with the General manager, Tood Long, on nearby to get it checkout and i was told by the technician the car has been in a accident. I called and spoke with the General manager, Tood Long, only to be told that since the dealer no longer had the car, it was not their problem and he did not deal with the dealer repairing my car or with me.... how about that one.... Showcase Honda will be hearing about my attorney i'm sure....maybe they'll deal with them! More
I brought my Honda in for an oil change and complete inspection. I was told that the front struts were bad and the ball joint boots were cracked and my rear brake pads were down to 3mm and would have t inspection. I was told that the front struts were bad and the ball joint boots were cracked and my rear brake pads were down to 3mm and would have to be replaced soon. They quoted $1,400 for all the work. I took my car to a trusted independent repair shop and they told me the struts were fine, the boots were not cracked, my brake pads were at 5mm, not 3mm but my power steering pump was leaking and the cabin air filter was completely clogged. I brought a mechanic friend to the repair shop and he verified the asssessent of the independent repair shop. I took my Honda back to the dealer to find out how their inspection could be completely wrong in every way. The looked at my vehicle again while I stood by and confirmed that their initial inspection was wrong. I can believe making a mistake on one item, but when they were wrong about 5 things, it was clearly intentional, not just incompetent. This service shop is NOT TO BE TRUSTED. More
This is the 5th (3rd by me) vehicle my family has purchased at showcase honda, and every time we are at the dealership, whether it be for service or when one of us is buying one every member of the s purchased at showcase honda, and every time we are at the dealership, whether it be for service or when one of us is buying one every member of the staff goes above and beyond to make sure that we are well taken care of and satisfied especially my salesman(Cody Taulton) for 2 out of the 3 vehicles I've purchased. All in all I would recommend Showcase Honda to all 10 outta 10 More
