Exceptional Customer Service Experience! I visited Showcase Honda to have my HR-V serviced, as well as have an item covered under the warranty checked and repaired. Jose Elias was my Service I visited Showcase Honda to have my HR-V serviced, as well as have an item covered under the warranty checked and repaired. Jose Elias was my Service Advisor. He provided exceptional customer service and care. He called me, personally, the day after my service visit to ask if my vehicle was in good working order since being serviced. In the past, I have taken my vehicle to Bell Honda for servicing, since it's in closer proximity to my house; but the last 2 experiences that I had there left a bad taste in my mouth. After working with Jose at Showcase Honda and receiving exceptional customer service, I won't be taking my car anywhere else for future service needs. Thank you, Jose! More
