Parts Dept notes they open at 7:00 am on Monday. I called multiple times after my online order was over 14 business days late. I called the New Car sales dept and a woman answered the phone acknowledging that Parts dept does indeed suck at answering the phone. She then put me on hold and did not seem to care much at all.
