Parts Dept notes they open at 7:00 am on Monday. I called multiple times after my online order was over 14 business days late. The parts dept person who answered and said "can i put you on hold." and before I could reply I was put on hold, that was extremely rude. I called the New Car sales dept and a woman answered the phone acknowledging that Parts dept does indeed suck at answering the phone. She then put me on hold and did not seem to care much at all. Test drove a 4 and 6 cyl Accord on Monday morning with Showcase. I went to Earnhardt Honda on Tuesday and had a very good experience with the salesperson right up until the last minute. I was using USAA p Showcase. I went to Earnhardt Honda on Tuesday and had a very good experience with the salesperson right up until the last minute. I was using USAA pricing and was about to purchase the V6 when the sales pricesheet I was presented with had an addition $2500 for "dealer add ons" already on the sheet. Of course the salesman was glad to discount these items, which I had not even decided I needed or wanted and then his supervisor appeared to say goodbye to me. He then started asking how much this or that was worth to me, was this a fair price for tint, etc. After 5 minutes I had no idea what I was going to be charged and for what. The paper they were "doodling" on was unreadable and uncomprehensible. I left with a very bad taste in my mouth. Wednesday, I walked back into Showcase. They had the car I wanted ready and although they too added their "add ons" to the price, I was told the breakdown for each and the prices quoted were MUCH lower than the "we can give you this option for this price" was at Earnhardts. They honored the USAA pricing and also deducted the difference in sales tax that I would have paid at Earnhardts. I may have paid more (I think I actually paid less as I never knew exactly what I was going to pay at Earnhardts) but that is irrelevant. I would have paid Showcase several hundred more just because they were upfront with me, there was no "buy it now" mentality present and just the overall way they treated me was worth it. More
Started out ok until switch and bait. did buy a vehicle double the price we originally went in for and all was good until we left. after 15 miles down road breaks squealed and before we left all of a sudde double the price we originally went in for and all was good until we left. after 15 miles down road breaks squealed and before we left all of a sudden the mats were gone the manuel misplaced and the keyless entry?..they couldn't comment. called and was told to bring in at 8am on tue. they had no clue salesman off and after 3 1/2 wait my husband went to see if breaks done and they told him they wont do because not authorized.After waiting another 2 hours and now was told waiting for part it never got fixed. we left after 8 hours of nothing. i call later that evening to speak with anyone and was told they are a honda dealership not a chevy which a chevy is what they sold us. called an left messages with anyone we could but no one will return calls. after the sale and dis honest stuff they did they dont know you. we live 30 miles one way and plan to take it back again. how embarassing to buy a newer car with temp plates and thier logo stamped on back and to pull out in front of house and have to do brakes buyer beware what a nightmare we went through More
I am completely satisfied with the customer service at Showcase Honda. Every person that I encountered was incredibly helpful and polite to our family. We came from Arrowhead Honda where they tried to bait and switch us; I was very upset leaving that dealership and quite frankly did not want to visit another dealership that day. My husband notified me that SCH had exactly what I wanted and at a good price. Our sales associate Colby T. was thorough and did a great job fulfilling our request, his peer Colin was very helpful with the paperwork, AJ Ochoa was very friendly and helpful with the delivery of our vehicle and Dan Jensen at closing was very informative with our purchase. Forgive me, I cannot remember the name of our service technician, but he was also very helpful with showing us how to operate various components of our new car. It was all under the great supervision of their manager Mr. Balducci that I drove away HAPPY and the car buying process was quick and seamless. I WILL recommend anyone looking for a new car to purchase from Showcase Honda. THANK YOU!!!! I can't believe I am writing this (because I never ever, ever thought in a million year I would ever drive a mini van), but I LOVE my new Honda Odyssey! More
