My First Honda I have never owned a Honda before I did my research and chose a Civic. Upon arriving at Showcase Honda, I met Ruby. She was personable, professional & I have never owned a Honda before I did my research and chose a Civic. Upon arriving at Showcase Honda, I met Ruby. She was personable, professional & tolerant, as is was probably 118 degrees outside but we test drove a few vehicles to make sure of the one I wanted. She was fairly new and when she didn’t have an answer to my questions she honestly explained herself, excused herself and came back with the answer. She was no pressure but thorough. Whenever I see her when I am there she comes by to say hello and a hug. I highly recommend Ruby as my 1st Honda Experience has been wonderful with her. More
