Completely Let down Bought a supposed “Certified” used CR-V battery died a few days after I bought it, had to be replaced within two weeks. Had a slow puncture which I su Bought a supposed “Certified” used CR-V battery died a few days after I bought it, had to be replaced within two weeks. Had a slow puncture which I suspect was there from when we bought it as tire pressure warning came on the day after I bought it. Wipers fell off the first time they were used. Oil level was at the minimum the day that we purchased it. Car was covered in pet hair, dirt and food stains despite the claim that it was detailed before we drove it off the lot. No apology or offer of recompense from the dealer. Terrible to sell me a car in that condition and claim it was Certified, even worse customer service when I took my complaints to them. Will never buy from there again. More

Very Helpful Staff My car had stopped working while on my way to work one day, so I had it towed to Showcase Honda. Bo was the service specialist for this repair. Not only was he kind and courteous, he kept me up to date throughout the whole process, explaining what the mechanics had found, showing me the damaged part and explaining what the next steps were. He even came in on his day off to accommodate my work schedule to make sure I could get my car back as soon as possible, making sure everything was in order and working properly. I couldn't be more grateful for Bo's dedication to quality service and I couldn't recommend this dealership highly enough. More
