RICK GOODMAN. I hate this guy. Really pushy guy and kept RICK GOODMAN. I hate this guy. Really pushy guy and kept calling and calling, so I finally made an appointment with this guy. I already got the RICK GOODMAN. I hate this guy. Really pushy guy and kept calling and calling, so I finally made an appointment with this guy. I already got the quote OTD that I wanted. I arrive on time and got the runaround. I guess I was not very important to the guy since I already got my quote. He sends me to an office and waited 35 minutes with no help. I finally just left. Appointments to this guy means nothing. He again keeps calling and calling to see if I have purchased a car yet. Sent more emails. I finally email him back because, he says he wants to get me the best deal. I asked for his best offer. He quotes me $29,300. Funny thing is a got a quote for $28,448 the week earlier. What a JOKE. I even sent the email with the lower quote, and finally he has not called or emailed back because I caught him in a lie. I finally realize Showcase really does not care about customer service. Do not deal with RICK GOODMAN, this guy is shady as they get. I still have the emails if anyone wants to see them. More
They sold me a warranty that I did not need and I paid $1060.00 out of my own pocket August 2008 and in the month of September 2008 the warranty company sent me a letter stating I did not get the warranty $1060.00 out of my own pocket August 2008 and in the month of September 2008 the warranty company sent me a letter stating I did not get the warranty because the Finance saleperson Chris did the paperwork wrong. I contacted Showcase Honda several times and I was told the check was in the mail. I finally was told by the Finance Manager that the check was mailed to the bank (Huntington Bank). This was my money out of my pocket. Be real careful because these thieves will say whatever just to get you in the a automoblie and treat you like a crap after the deal is done. They never returned my calls and lied to me. The saddest thing I was down the street from SanTan Honda and they had the car that I really wanted but I referred to Slum Showcase Honda. More
Sales guy (Chris) was great. Finance guy was horrible. He told my girlfriend she needed GAP insurance in case she got knocked up. I don't understand how that is professionally okay, nor how it relates to He told my girlfriend she needed GAP insurance in case she got knocked up. I don't understand how that is professionally okay, nor how it relates to GAP insurance. He spent an hour talking about their service plans after I repeatedly told him I was not interested. Finally I told him to do his job and let us fill out the financial paperwork and he very aggressively responded with, "We're going to KEEP talking about the service plans." He kept trying to change the terms of the loan without asking. He said none of the banks would finance the car unless we purchased a service plan. (I don't think adding $4,000 to the loan amount will satisfy the banks dude.) We arrived at 2PM and at 11:30PM, I walked out. They weren't trying to sell me a car. They were playing games. I went in with a budget, I stuck to my budget, and because I would not bend from my budget for their service plans, they refused to let me purchase the vehicle. NO SERVICE PLAN!! NO SERVICE PLAN!! OMG NO EFFN SERVICE PLAN!!! More
They had four Honda Odyssey's advertised on Auto Trader. I called twice to confirm they were in stock and also that the price listed was the final price with no additional fees, which they assured me of. Wh I called twice to confirm they were in stock and also that the price listed was the final price with no additional fees, which they assured me of. When I arrived from out of state, they only had one of the Odyssey's listed in stock. Additionally, they had failed to inform me that I had to pay 2.7% local tax or pay to have the vehicle shipped and that that there was a 395 dollar documentation fee. Unfortunately, I continued and bought an Odyssey from them. The service I received after the sale has been equally bad, with continued dishonesty and unreturned calls. The out of stock Odyssey's are still on Auto Trader and their website 2 1/2 weeks later. More
Can you add an option of xxxx NO? NEVER buy from this dealership. This dealership is disgusting. From the sales person to the sales managers to the finance people to the title people and to the servic dealership. This dealership is disgusting. From the sales person to the sales managers to the finance people to the title people and to the service people, this dealership screwed up something every step of the way. We were in the dealership for over a week, 2-5 hours each day, and that is no kidding. It was a nightmare. These guys have a nasty reputation and it is very true. I bought very high end vehicles, signed the contract on one of them about 4 four times, almost lost my personalized license plates, my gap insurance was canceled on the other vehicle without reconciliation, replacement, refund or resigning the contract. My vehicles required fixing broken items we pointed out to them before delivery and which none of them were performed. One vehicle leaks water into the cabin, leaks oil, needed an oil change and IF they changed it, they never reset the warning, the 4x4 needs servicing, and I had to fight to get the windshield replaced for 8 weeks because of major wind noise coming into the cabin, which they still haven't replaced it, only resealed it?? Can that be done? Oh yeah and I lost $4,000 rims because the sales manager failed to see that on his list that is not included in the trade. He tore the paper out of the contract in front of me and said, "this was added after I signed the paper". So I am even out that money. The other vehicle still needs its cracked windshield replaced, the brake pads are shot, the steering fluid is low, brake fluid is low, broken side mirror, and the best part is, they never included their own "WE OWE" lists in the contract papers we received from them. This dealer has no regard to customer service, loyalty, and apparently the legal system. I have been calling the dealership for over 4 months with no change in attitude, or results. I have spoken to the sales manager Chris Dao on all of these items, I have spoken to 3 different customer service people who have then gone to the sales manager, only to have nothing done. Oh and they also want me to cough up another $180 because they decided to wait 30+ days to send the payoff amount for one of my trade-in vehicles. They called the bank and got the verified amount of payoff at the time of the initial deal. More
Whatever you do... don't buy a car from Showcase Honda! It's the worst car dealership that I've ever been to. The sales people were very pushy and unprofessional. After we purchased the car, there were somethings that needed to be resolved, let's just say... never have I experienced such the run around from a place. I guess the saying, "buyers beware" is one of those life lessons I learned the hard way! I wish I would of read the reviews first, I know for a fact I would not have gone to them to begin with! More
These guys are sketchy. I went to buy a car. After 5 and a half hours one day, we had a final deal, and all I had to do was complete the financing. I got there at 6:00 p.m. the next day, as we had agre and a half hours one day, we had a final deal, and all I had to do was complete the financing. I got there at 6:00 p.m. the next day, as we had agreed, and by 10:30 p.m., they still hadn't brought out the financing forms, and the financing guy estimated about 1/2 an hour of more warranty sales pitch. I told them I was exhausted and had to come back the next day because I was too tired to read the financing forms. They were furious and Keith, the sales guy I was working went started yelling at me -- "I don't work for charity!" and using profanity. Up to that point, I had been exceptionally patient, and throughout the interaction, I had never said anything negative.

Also, without asking my permission, before we even reached a final agreement regarding price and financing, they used my credit card to purchase an insurance policy for me. They told me they were taking my credit card as "assurance that I was serious about buying a car."

Obviously I didn't buy the car from them, and I recommend you don't either. More
First Time Purchase, due to my Nissan being stolen, went to mulitple dealers, and I think this was one of few I personally liked, the sales lady was atiypical sales but I felt she looked out for my interes to mulitple dealers, and I think this was one of few I personally liked, the sales lady was atiypical sales but I felt she looked out for my interest on the sale by adding an extended warranty, which I never thought to add, 2 days later my clutch on the Cvt transmission went out, they cheerfully and quickly attended to the problem, haven't seen the end result of the work done but I am sure it be a satisfactory experience.
