I really was surprised that they did everything they could to help me get a car that worked for me. This group of people you have working here together made my experience a very positive one. I can honestly say they jumped through hoops for me. It makes me want to be apart of your Team too! Nancy Lynne More
In mid December 2009 I bought a used Honda Odyssey from Showcase Honda. In the course of purchasing the car I was told that a) All used cars came with a 90 day- 3,000 mile warranty, and b) the van would u Showcase Honda. In the course of purchasing the car I was told that a) All used cars came with a 90 day- 3,000 mile warranty, and b) the van would undergo a complete inspection and that the car was or would be in good shape with all current maintenance completed by the time I picked up the car four days later. In fact, the transmission was leaking fluid when I picked it up and was ready to fail while being driven. I had the car back to the dealer after less than 200 miles of driving and the service department confirmed the transmission needed to be replaced. The Used Car Manager, Cassidy, had the audacity to tell me that the transmission would likely last 90 days or 3,000 miles and that I should just get the car fixed on my own. He admitted he would not let his wife drive a car in that condition but the transmission met the terms of the warranty from Showcase Honda. If I wanted to fix the car it would cost a few thousand dollars. Outraged I refused and demanded they either replace the transmission at their cost, trade me into a different Odyssey or give me my money back as promised in their 90 day 3,000 mile “warranty”. He declined to do any of those things. He said I had actually bought the car “as is” and it was not his problem. I then reminded him of their dealership used car warranty proudly posted on a large poster in their lobby: 90 day, 3,000 mile guarantee. Well, then he offered to split the cost of replacing the transmission with me. NO WAY I responded. It took threats of legal action and 2 hours of arguing to finally get Showcase Honda management to meet their obligations under their own warranty terms. The really shocking part? Two days after shoving the dangerous and failing van back down their throats Showcase has listed it as “For Sale” once again. BUYER BE WARE! This Dealership lacks the qualities one would expect to find in an honest or fair business. More
My car was stolen and Mike Stone and Deneen Smeraldo helped me get my new Honda Accord. Deneen brought a car right to my house! I live near Arrowhead Mall! I was impressed with this kind of service from helped me get my new Honda Accord. Deneen brought a car right to my house! I live near Arrowhead Mall! I was impressed with this kind of service from a car dealer. The whole transaction was completed in about an hour. I just want to say thank you for the excellent customer service, it was very helpful during a very stressful time. More
Extremely bad, tricky finance department in Showcase Honda on Camelback (Robert is the worst). If there were zero rating, I would choose that one. DO NOT GO THERE TO PURCHASE YOUR CAR!!!! They were very quick to help us, the service job took less time than expected and while we were waiting, a consultant showed some interest in whether we were helped sufficiently. The price for the servi less time than expected and while we were waiting, a consultant showed some interest in whether we were helped sufficiently. The price for the service job was much cheaper than another dealer and the waiting area was rather nice and helped make the time go by faster. I will keep them in mind for future service jobs, possibly sales too, and recommend them to anyone. More
DO NOT GO HERE I am a college student attending Arizona DO NOT GO HERE I am a college student attending Arizona State my mom decided on buying me a car when we got to Arizona instead of buying one in Calif DO NOT GO HERE I am a college student attending Arizona State my mom decided on buying me a car when we got to Arizona instead of buying one in California and driving it out. This was a terrible mistake because we ended up at Showcase Honda. This place is disgusting full of liers for what they call salesman. I don't expect much from salesman because I know how they are, but this puts a whole new level on my preception of salesman. The guy who sold me my car had no clue what he was talking about and would make up lies as he saw fit to keep me interested. As well as the rest of the Showcase honda team working together to play ever customer in tricking them into buying a car from them. If i was the Executive Manager here I would be ashamed about the way my business is ran as well should Honda be ashmed for allowing a dealership like this use their name. This place is full of liers and scammers, it makes me sick that I gave them my business. So if you read this PLEASE PLEASE trust me and dont waste your time going to Showcase honda. More
We visited Supersition Springs Honda and test drove four cars, the sales person referred us to the finance person who spent more time bashing other dealers than trying to get us to purchase a vehicle. We s cars, the sales person referred us to the finance person who spent more time bashing other dealers than trying to get us to purchase a vehicle. We saw Showcase Honda's ad on-line and called and were referred to Julian Grubbs, internet manager. Julian answered all of our questions, he spent the time to find out exactly what car and options we were interested in. I received an email from Julian stating what colors were available with the options listed as well as a detailed break down as to the base cost of the car and all options. We visited the dealership and Julian met us at the agreed upon time and had Liam assist us as he was with a customer. Liam and Julian are the nicest sales people I have every dealt with. The cars that were promised were available and the cost was exactly what Julian had told us. Liam went over everything about the car and then took us over to the finance department. I have read the other reviews and all I can say is these people must not have been prepared. Financing was a breeze no presure and our fiance person (Amir) was so low key and friendly. I have previously purchased a Honda from Bell Honda and I have to say Showcase has the nicest staff and I would recommend them highly. More
This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. The difference between them and a good respectable dealership is night and day. I know this because I purchased two vehicles within a months time period difference between them and a good respectable dealership is night and day. I know this because I purchased two vehicles within a months time period and each vehicle was from a different dealership with one being from Showcase Honda. I have never in my 26 years of life dealt with a group of people that lied so well. I walked into the dealership to buy the car after driving 2 hours to get there. I see that the car's condition is not what they told me it was on the phone so that there should have been a sign to me that there would only be more lies to follow. Despite the issues with the car I was able to negotiate for them to fix the problems. Now the fun begins. I have the car picked up and delivered to me in Texas. The loan paperwork was suppose to be sent to my fiance that in itself took 3 weeks lots of phone calls wasted time and finally finally after contacting Honda Financial Services they were able to get things moving. I found it funny they delivered me the car without even completing the loan. Keep in mind during this time I am going through everyone I talked to all the way up to the General Managers assistant who was suppose to be handling any customer service issues. Yeah needless to say I understand now why the customer service sucks at the lower level it is because it is like that all the way up to the top of the food chain there. I am still dealing with issues with them and you can bet I am complaining to the BBB, because I have yet to be able to obtain my state registration sticker because Honda Financial Services says they have yet to receive the title from Showcase and the Arizona DMV and this has been going on since mid June! Yes it is going on 2 months now. So please if you are looking for a new car or a used do no I repeat do not go to Showcase. I wish I read the reviews that I have seen about how negative they are. Apparently, their reviews are negative everywhere when I do a search for them. More
Worked with the Fleet internet salesman over email prior to going in for an appointment. There were 2 specific cars I was looking at. I had my application in and preapproved for a specific amount prior to to going in for an appointment. There were 2 specific cars I was looking at. I had my application in and preapproved for a specific amount prior to going in on a Saturday. I worked with a salesman on the price of car and payment amounts from about 10 am to 11 am. I was then sent to finance who screwed me over. They wasted my time for about another 2 hours and change the payment arrangement for $200.0 more a month and then turned into complete AH's when I would not agree to there terms. When I was working with the salesman I had given him $200.00 as a down payment. When I ask the finance guy for my money back he told me he would have to look into it because I did not give it to him. It has been 4 days and I have no car, no one is returning my calls and I never got my $200 back. As soon as I can find a ride I will go back to the dealer to harass them for my money. Do not trust anyone at this dealership they all lie. More
EMPTY PROMISES ! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE!!! EMPTY PROMISES ! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE!!! I don't even know where to begin! I traded in my car on march 29th today is May 5th and my t EMPTY PROMISES ! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE!!! I don't even know where to begin! I traded in my car on march 29th today is May 5th and my trade in STILL has not been paid off!!!! They expect me to make my payment on my trade in and the new car payment and fact of the matter is it's MY credit at stake so they don't CARE! My sells guy Greg Rojas was GREAT very informative, not pushy. HOWEVER the finance people need to GET WITH IT! I've had to go back and forth to the dealership NUMEROUS times and re-sign paperwork 3 TIMES because they forgot to add this and the payoff quote wasn't right and BLAH BLAH BLAH!!! I also only had the valet key to my car and they EXPECTED me to pay for the new keys that needed to be made! I was totally taken back, have you EVER bought a car that DID NOT include keys!? What sense does that make!? I sat in that dealership for seven and a half hours for the original deal, just to find out that I had to go back and re-sign because the interest rate went up which made my payments go up, and then they called and said that the payoff quote was not accurate (which they called and received) and asked me how I wanted to pay by check or credit card for the remaining amount AKA THEIR MISTAKE! I was furious when the new paperwork needed to be signed, and everything was TODAY TODAY TODAY to them and when I needed my keys, windows tinted, paint chips touched up etc it was all one step at a time, I BARELY RECEIVED MY KEYS THIS PAST FRIDAY! Oh and that's because the guy who did my work up order when I agreed to purchase the car with the understanding that these items would be taken care of QUIT the next week so they had NO work order! I honestly do not know how they stay in business! Very POOR management! I feel for the sells people because you are what your management is, and if your management SUCKS then unfortunately it falls back on you! Poorly RAN and very UNORGANIZED I cannot express how big of a headache this has been, and continuing on now that I have a late payment on my credit because these people could not get their ACT together! If the employees were wise they would seek EMPLOYMENT ELSEWHERE!! They will never make money on this dealerships reputation!! More
