We dropped off our FIT later in the day and had made arrangements with Neo for a ride home that day and a ride from home to Showcase the next day. Sure enought - our car was ready by 1pm the next day and Neo showed up at our home right at 3:30 the agreed upon time. Both Yvette and Neo were exceptionally professional and businesslike. As this was the first time I had service done since finally joining the Honda ownership world in March; the minimal amount of time that I was in the lobby area was much appreciated. They got us in the car of my wife's dream at a good rate, then called us back a few days later to redo our finance paperwork because they were able to get us in at a different more amazing rate.
