Richard Vargas I had the same service rep, Jerry McLeod, at this dealership for 20+ years. So disappointed when he retired as he really provided outstanding service I had the same service rep, Jerry McLeod, at this dealership for 20+ years. So disappointed when he retired as he really provided outstanding service. Went through lots of service reps for several years after that and not happy with the new ownership at Showcase Honda. I hung in there. For 3-4 years have had Richard Vargas as my service advisor. He takes great care to provide the best service. He’s personable, professional and knowledgeable.
